Something weird happened with my batch of yogurt this week. When time in the IP was done, took out the liner to go in the fridge as I always do. BUT... there was at least a half inch of liquid around a center mass of yogurt looking stuff. I scooped some out to take to work Monday, but opted to pass on trying it. The texture was just off?
I decided to just toss it and make another batch. Not a clue what happened? The milk didn't seem bad, nor the starter yogurt.
