Good morning everyone!

I sure don't miss doing some of that tax paperwork. PA doesn't tax any social security or IRA/401k withdrawals, which is the majority of our income. Since we don't work anymore we don't even file a local return.

Mrs Punkin is going to make chicken and dumplings today. We bought some saffron at the store yesterday. There were 4 very small containers inside a larger container. It cost over $18. I didn't even have the nerve to ask her how many pinches/containers go into this one pot.

Good morning! Chicken and dumplings sounds soooo good! And good call Punkin, don't ask. Though saffron goes a long way. She probably got a really good deal.

Still haven't done the taxes. We don't have local here.

I'm using the work desktop, managed to pull my bookmarks from the laptop for it. *whew*

Funny stuff - we just started a pilot program doing digital fingerprinting for the FBI. We got two new pieces of equipment, the fingerprint scanner and a laptop. It's really similar to the one I have! Taught my co-workers a couple things they didn't know! They had no clue it was a touch screen, and no idea how to do mouse moves on the touch pad!

Way to go Bamrz! Mr. V taught the ladies at the work PO how to scan in packages. When we brought the first bins of packages to them they were horrified. They were keying in the numbers on all packages and freaked on us. Poor gals. They told us they could not possibly take our packages until Mr. V went behind the counter and showed them how easy it actually was. Someone really failed them in the training dept.

Sure wish the cold weather would let up, even the birds look sick of it. They're running through seed/suet like crazy, good thing I ordered the entire box this time.

Been thinking of trying this. If it works I could have tomatoes and peppers year round. The Areo gardens are good but I think for full size tomatoes and peppers, this could be good.

Looks like an easy build. The expensive part would be the net pot and clay COPYRIGHTDMCA. The lighting I already have it uses the same T5 fluorescent I use for the torts and turtles. Well stocked up on them. Have pumps, buckets and tubing all ready.
