*kicks pebble* I made Chicken stew and biscuits. It was good. But it was not bacon.

I ate two slices of not so good pizza, I would love the chicken & biscuits.

And OMFG those drunken pork chops look good. They will be on my to do list this week. :)

West Virginia is a beautiful place and the drunken pork chops were delicious!!

If you read the comments on the blog about them someone said they use the marinade for chicken, duck and steak. I am thinking our next chicken dish won't be safe!
I also think some onions would have been good in it as well.

I looks wonderful bliss. We'll be trying it for sure along with the zucchini dish. I'll might even make it with the potatoes au gratin I pinned tonight.

I did, but I am trying very hard to stay away from the carbs.
When you and my mom pin recipes, you kill me a little each time

This is a very friend of mine recipe and picture.

Bacon Wrapped Tatortots

Ingredients:

Bacon, cut in half
Tator Tots
Pickled Jalapenos

Preparation:

Slightly defrost tator tots. Hold a slice (or two) of pickled jalapeno against it and wrap a half slice of bacon around it. Hold together with toothpick. Put on baking sheet and bake at 425F for 10-15 minutes, until bacon is crispy and tator tot is cooked through. These were great!! These can probably be done on the grill too....

Bams Bbq Baked Beans

I serve this exact recipe to paying customers as one of my sides. Enjoy

2 lbs dry Great Northern Beans (any white bean will do)
1 large red onion, chopped roughly
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/3 cup ketchup
2 TBLS prepared mustard
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2/3 cup molasses
1 cup brown sugar
1-2 lbs smoked/bbq'd rib tips/trimmings
4-5-6-7-8 pieces of bacon, chopped
S & P to taste

soak your beans in cool unsalted water the night before you want to use them.

the next morning...

add all your sauce mixture including garlic and onions to a large crockpot. add your beans and stir well. to the top add the smoked meat. add enough water to cover the beans.(you may have to add more as it cooks.)

cook on high for the first 3 hours, add bacon, then cook on low for an additional 5-6 hours or until done.

rib tips and pieces.
