Well, y'know, if we're to be honest, had they wished to sort an alternative method of payment, they could have - it's not rocket science. If they have folks's kit that needs repaired, they can do it and get it back - again, it's not rocket science. This whole shebang has been going on for a year, and it doesn't look like they're going to go any further. It's a shame, but there it is. While no-one had lost any money, I could be sanguine about it, but now that someone seems to be out of pocket, the viewpoint must needs change.
