The problem is the battery or the charger?

Hey guys,
I am new in this e-cigarette stuff. I have two e-bull platinium 2. One of the two batteries died like 2 months ago and i bought another battery which is champion 3. And the last platinium 2 battery got a bit screwed up so i decided to buy another platinium 2. To sum up, I have two platinium 2 batteries and one of them is old. And i have one champion 3 battery. I always had a problem with charging the champion 3 because the light of the charger was between green and red all the time. When i plugged my new platinium 2 battery today, the light of the charger was always green which means it is not charging. After that I plugged champion 3 again and it is still green. Neither of them are charging now! For the last, I plugged my old platinium 2 which i have been using since the beggining. And suddenly the battery is charging. In conclusion, my old platinium is charging, but the new one is not. Also new champion 3 is not charging. What do you think about that? What is the problem?

To me it sounds like the two batteries are the problem seeings how the charger is working fine on the old one. Do you have another charger you can try them on ?

Unfortunately I dont have another charger maybe there is no connection between the charger and the batteries. Oh and one more thing, when i click the new batteries' buttons when they dont have any charge, they dont blink or there is no light. Is it normal?

It doesnt sound normal at all they should have some kind of blinking indicating that it needs to be charged. Have you tried pulling up the center pin on the batteries to see if that does anything ? This is a good way to check if it's the connection. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpWxUtgfe9U

At this point I would take the batteries back to the vape shop you purchased them from with your receipt and tell them the problems your having. A good vape shop will replace them since you just bought them and they are defective.
