I've vaped pet fur with no ill affects. I've found it floating in carto tanks and stuck to cotton wicks when I change them. I'm starting to wonder if boiled dog fur would make a good wick. My cat's fur is too short.

The dog hair adds 20 years to your life. I have 2 Italian Mastiffs. I rarely brush them. Even though they are short haired dogs. The male sheds quite a bit. Hair every where.

Funny thing is, when I wick my KFL+, I unroll the cotton ball and use strips of cotton. The pieces that I trim, or are too small become wicks for my droppers. Well, y'all know what small bundles of cotton look like...
Other side of the story, I have a black and white cat, with the characteristics of a Turkish angora. She grooms so much that she rarely gets any mats in her fur, but when they do, they pull out with no effort.

So just last week, or the week before, I pull one of this mats, and lay it on my end table, knowing I'll throw it in trash when I get up. I looked at it, I had to tell the wife to remind me to toss that, and not to wick it, because it looked like the small cotton pullings that may be laying around at any given time

Oh the shedding. I have a huge American Bulldog and I have to sweep at least twice a day.

I used to work at a grooming salon. Short-haired dogs shed more than long haired dogs. Double-coated dogs, like Labs, are the worst.

Sure seems that way. Their nails need to clipping too. I should be doing it, but bring them in and its been a while. Scratch the hardwood floors up.
