I envision youngins talking sub ohm coils with mech and dna mods...

We sometimes visit my favorite vape shop just to hang out with the owners and laugh and talk.

Have fun! I'm jealous

Actually ProVaris and DNAs. I took my ProVari I cannot mention and someone had a purple one (which is like the only one I haven't seen in person). We exchanged them to check them out, and she didn't want to give mine back. :p

Good good! Not exactly on top of the world but good. Haven't been around much or doing anything at all for that matter since I'm under a ton of painkillers.

Also amazed at some photoshopping skills here; I'm worthless at graphics design and the most advanced software I can use is MS Paint. Not too shabby if I can say so myself :D

Sounds like you're pretty good at your job too.

Just joking. I've never seen you post anything purposely to piss anyone off here.

Oh I don't mean I do on purpose, I just seem to bring out the hate in people

Red still won't talk to me :( I think it was the Cowboy in pink on a bike comment :(

Here's one that's worse. :)

And if that's a ProVari in his back pocket then it just might be Simply Red
Opps did I type that out loud?

Yea he will get me for that one,, good thing he is sleeping :)

CLS & Crème Brulee. Both, just plain blah. I expected the Brulee to have a lil' sweetness to it but none at all.

I actually like CLS better than CB. I sincerely believe it's your taste buds since both flavors can be overpowering.
Blah doesn't normally come to mind.
If you can do the steep give it a try; if not - trade them. I said PIF in my previous post--I meant trade.

Well Like I said before I have this Gift :) for pissing people off, I think that's why I became a QC inspector.
I thought that was a project managers job?

I would love to have the access that you do to a Bridgeport and a lathe, though...I really need to make a mod that no one has done yet...put a ProVari board in a REO mini...would be the ultimate vaping machine!

And now something vaping related :)
My Enigma RDA Clone from FastTech came in yesterday. I already have a real one, so for those who were considering let me give a quickie review.

Overall, not bad build quality. Looked and felt very much like the real one. After opening up the air holes like I prefer, it hits exactly like the real one. Ironically, the cap fits to the base, just as snug as the real one, however, putting the clone cap on the real base, it's looser than a catholic school girl on the day after prom. The real cap on the clone base would not clear the o rings.

The differences though were obvious, so you wouldn't have much trouble distinguishing the real from the fake. First, from the bottom, which I did not show, the laser etched logo and serial number font was just not right. And the center pin didn't look to be done as well. The cap, though, as you can see by the pics are quite different.
1. The pyramids above the "eye of Ra" are inverted on the clone, but upright on the real one. Likewise they are upright over the air holes on the clone, but inverted on the real deal
2. The machining of the pyramids on the real one, due to the mill marks, give a holographic effect. Not as pronounced on the clone
3. The pyramids themselves are smaller on the clone
4. The "fins" in which the pyramid are cut are also much thinner on the clone vs the real model
5. The cap is slightly shorter on the clone
6. The top of the cap is chamfered on the clone, but square on the original

Overall, it's not a bad atomizer for $9 vs $50-$100 for the real one. For me, I like the clone on my mech mod, set up with dual coils for big clouds, which I rarely do. On my everyday vape, though, I have the real one on a ProVari. E I also want to add, the real one has a rhodium finish vs unfinished stainless on the clone

They both look pretty cool. :2cool:

You may not have photosho skills, but seeing as you go places and do things that most people would not be able to do, in order to make a difference...to help rid the world of the douchebags who are out to hurt us... I think we can overlook your lack of Photoshop skills.

I'm sent a email to Provape asking if they would sale me a ProVari mini tube, just the tube so I can make a Mech out of it.:)

Let me know if they do that...I'd love to put the guts of my "backup" ProVari in a mini body.

Come to think of it, we need a swap thread here, I'm sure there is someone out there who would be up for a trade... Ehh realistically, I'll probably just pick up a mini during the sale

I wish that BLEM ProVape-1 was a little cheaper I would be happy with one of those :(

Build me a REO mini that can take a ProVari board and I'll give you the housing from mine to make a mech. Cutoff about 15 mm from the end and re-tap it, and it's as good as a mini that you can make into a mech

Any idea what thread pitch is used for ProVari end caps?

This is one time that I'd have to say a ProVari isn't worth it. Not at $550.

It was on the internet so it has to be true right?

I am thinking about buying this, I really want the Zap and Base but that Mini's Button is kinda cool too.

One of A Kind Provari Set Up with One of A Kind Zap and Base Caps | eBay

So me being without the guidance of the Three Great Provarinati Wise Ones, The Ocelot, EddardinWinter, And Baditude who help well least they try help noobs like me from making mistakes, I will look at this way.

Mini with Green LED $174.95 Special power button installed :) So say mini is worth $190 with green LED and custom Button.

Z-Atty Pro made for ProVari $140 and Z-Atty G is $150 but if it is zen kote ? would say worth $170

Tatroe Wide end caps $35 but this is custom made so $40 to $50 maybe

Rings, end caps, drips Tips around $30 or so

ProTank III and AeroTank, $40

Coils, Wire, and Wicks ?
Wire $4 a roll so $12
Coils $10
Wicks Seems like he got a lot but I can't tell how many bags but Atty-Pro -325x325 / 316 Stainless Steel Wicks $9.25 a bag on Provape
So maybe $45 in Wicks

So Maybe the Mini with Tatroe cap and Z-Atty worth $400
another $130 - $140 in other stuff.
Hmmm

Naa didn't help still unsure of this :(

It is truly amazing to me that anybody would consider paying that much money for an over decorated PV. Probably for two reasons. I was a child during WWII and during my working years I felt that saving for the future was more important than retail therapy. The saving part turned out to be true.

I only have 2 choices. Either let them steep or add something to 'em. What would you do??

That's amazing to me too. Someone once told me, there's ALWAYS going to be someone with something bigger, better, or more expensive. That's why I could care less about keeping up with the Jones'.
I posted this in another thread....

Interestingly enough, no one enables regarding accessories- just mods & attys.

(TrevVapor) Cingulum Compleo $120 x2
(Atmistique) Golden Series Scuba Tank $72
(Atmistique) Golden Series Enezlis tube $33
(Atmistique) Diver V2 $51
(Svapobar - this sites in Italy but the ONLY place that had this drip tip - delivery almost 2.5 weeks)
24K Gold Siam Mod DT $46 (including shipping)

Accessories- the price of 2 more ProVaris' :2cool: I'ma BOSS! :headbang:

You still wanna bling out your 'Vari?

The ProVari itself is worth every penny- it's the accessorizing that cost. Every item linked is what's on one of my ProVaris--the other is slightly different. This one is $322 in accessories.

ETA ~ $322 + $180 = $502 ProVari

Guy at Vapemeet mentioned that VapeRev is no longer carrying the Hippo v2, and he thought that the is may not being made any more. Anyone know if this is true?

ETA: He is on ECF and his wife has a ProVari, so invited them to come hang out with us.

I just checked the Atmistique web site, and they still have both in stock there. I am glad I bought the last brass one, but I wanted 2 of them, I guess for now I can get another from them.
