The Vapeccino Mate looks interesting to me but...does it take regular e juice? I really don't want to get into having to buy salts. How does one know if these pod systems take regular e-juice?
Any open pod system can take freebase nicotine or salt. It's just a matter of what you need or want. The one thing that some of these pod systems are finicky about is VG PG ratio. For example, the Suorin Air specifies a VG PG ratio to avoid leaks. The fill is on the bottom of the Suorin Air. I think the fill is near the top on the Mate 1.
I've been looking at the Mate 1 but the availability and price is somewhat of a concern. It was actually my first choice but I couldn't find it and by the time they were in stock I had already gotten an Air.
I've been happy with the Suorin Air so far. I like the slimness of the Air. I don't even notice it in my pocket. I also like that the Air pods have magnets that keep them in place. I had to fiddle with the Juul pods to get a good contact.
Seems like lots of new pod systems are coming out.
