I'm not a fan, but I tried both the XL and the short and they seemed to perform the same.
If your using it on a REO I figured no sense in getting the long ones.
(except I had to pay more for the short one than the long)
I figured the short ones might be closer to the 306 in performance .... I don't think everyone knows there are short 510 duals available.
yes, mine are xl's..a little tall on the reos..but they perform well..

Not sure if these have been mentioned in here yet, I gave the Ikenvape MEGA LR 510 Cartomizers a whirl. They hold a hellava lot of juice and performance is tip top. I really like their place on that "line" between airy and tight, seems pretty perfect, maybe even just a tad better than the LR Boge 510's. If I was running out the door with an Ego battery... the Mega Carto's would go with it, but I think the Boge's win on a Reo. When I blind squonk the Boge's I have to do a quick puff after to get any excess fluid out of the tube and then I'll get a gurgled first hit and I'm good to go. On the Iken Mega I have to do 3 or 4 quick puffs after a squonk to clear it out however, it also holds more fluid so I have to do that less. Anyone who has done this knows that those puffs are like playing Russian roulette with getting juice in your mouth. Pretty evenly matched but in the end, that extra 1/2" of Iken Mega just adds up to unnecessary bulk on a Reo unless you like having your tip that much closer to your mouth.
If anyone is interested... You can purchase LR BogeTech Cartomizers from alibaba.com for 59 cents a piece + shipping. The quote I got was for 25 boxes of 5 cartos + $26 for EMS shipping. The total came out to $99.75. So basically a hundred bucks gets you 125 cartos. You can order whatever quantities you want over 10 boxes of 5.

I'll be interested in hearing about these. How long it takes for shipping and quality. The LR ones I found on alibaba were 2.8 ohm and I'm looking for 2.0 ohm.

I've pulled the trigger on them... In speaking with the seller you can specify 2 ohm (or thereabouts I assume)

I've bought stuff through alibaba before and have had good results. There are a lot of scams on the site though or people listing a Leica M9 picture and title but you find out it in the details of the description that it is some point and shoot camera, etc...
If you stick to the gold star rated sellers at least a year old or so it seems fine though.

The 510 to 510 Cone Adapter works fantastic on my REO for using a cone over a cartomizer (for warmth, not looks). Messy squonking stays inside the cone (bonus).
I thought it would also work with the echo-e cartos, but it doesn't. It can't make an inside connection. It fits and looks good though.
The 510 to 510 adapter (from digitalciggz) works on the REO with the echo-e cartos, but it looks stupid because it's too long. I know it's pointless capacity-wise, but they have such a long life and flavors seem truer in them compared to Boge 2.0.
My REO looks like a walkie-talkie with a telescoping antenna now. Over.. and out

Got mine from digitalcigzz. The ones not marked XL are regular length.
Has anyone tried the mini with RN4081 cartos (via an adapter)?

I've got 510 ce2s, 808 cool carts, 4081 cartos (all are about 3 Ohms)...and just got in some 510 boge LR cartos (not to mention regular and LR 510 atties)...so I figure I'll be trying them all. My batteries and charger arrived this morning... so I'm good to go for when the mini arrives.
