Not much Scott Sitting here trying to decide if I need to cry or not my best friend died today I didn't get to go say goodbye he was in palliative and I have had the flu cold so didn't wanna go he was not even there a week and he's no more

I am ok and my Life Alert will be here in 2 days. The thing about falling is sometimes the full pain doesn't happen until the next day
So today both of my arms hurt smh
my face is ok at least i didn't break my nose it just got skint on the side

I'm glad you're feeling better...er...kinda...and that your nose is in tact.
The first time I really fell down hard as an adult, I was in pain for 4 days (fell out of my Tahoe and crumpled down the side of a rock wall). I fear what the future holds for me.

Sorry about your friend Darrel. Its tough losing people that are close. I think we lose a little bit of ourselves but with time we celebrate the times together and we try to make the life we have with those living more meaningful.

I finally got some 28 gauge wire today.Liking the way it holds it's shape & not having to squonk every hit now that I have a few more wraps worth of coil. (was using 30 gauge)
I really do like the 28g myself and for the very same reasons, the coils are tough and seem to last forever!

It was...but only because to this day I have no idea why I fell. It's not like getting out of a rig is all that hard...and I was mostly out, one foot on the ground and then the whole world tilted and I was between the rock wall and the front tire wondering what just happened. Then the pain came and I was crying like a damn baby...and I don't do that. I'm sure it was more about my bruised pride than pain to be honest. Throughout my youth I mashed the gas in everything I did, hurt myself on a regular basis and always bragged about my fantastic war wounds. If my pups were nearby at the time it would have been a dog pile for sure!
and I'm sure I wouldn't have shed one tear.

If you open your profile and go to your "Activity" then you can see all your posts.When you want to go to a particular post it is best to open in another tab and that way you don't have to keep opening your activity page up.
