Could anyone help me to identify these two Woodvils as to like what "generation" they may be from.......thanks in advance....:)

I've found the Timeline thread so hopefully I can find these....thanks all....:toast:

I believe they are 2012 or newer. They both have the rounded edges of the newer design and the squared holes and less rounded corners which points to being at least the 2nd run of the newer design if not later. The black one is more than likely ebony. The other one is probably Blood Wood, but with the color its hard to tell. There were only a few made with the REO on the door. ...Unless the red one was "re-made"...it could have been an original, but I don't think so. But I know for sure the black one is newer because he never used ebony before the newer design.

Good morning everyone!

Thought for the day:

The human story does not always unfold like a mathematical calculation on the principle that two and two make four. Sometimes in life they make five or minus three; and sometimes the blackboard topples down in the middle of the sum and leaves the class in disorder and the pedagogue with a black eye. ~Winston Churchill

Good Morning everyone…

I have officially dubbed this day all every day forward as "Take your new wood to work day".

Good morning REOvillians!

What's this I am reading? I am supposed to take my new wood REO to "work" today?

Mine hasn't even been out for delivery yet. It didn't even arrive on this side of the USA until this morning and still has to make it up to the desert. Here is my latest tracking info:

Your item departed our SANTA CLARITA, CA 91383 sort facility on March 6, 2014. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.

And on that note,

I hope everyone else who hasn't gotten theirs has them soon and takes the time to oil them before using. Mine will take the overnight oil soak before juice comes near it. :)

Have a great first day at work Jen! I hope your new job works out well for you, and that you love it so much it isn't "work".

Morning gang! It's great seeing all the awesome Woodvils and better yet feeling all the excitement as people are holding them for the first time.

Val, I too am quite a ways from vaping mine. I got caught unawares, not having Howards. I thought I could use tung oil but I now will be waiting for my Sunshield to come. Then 2 or 3 days soaking before I dare put any juice in it.

Jen, have fun on your new job. Can you say what it is? I'm hoping it's your very own bakery.

Have a great day loved ones! I'm heading outside to do some work on my truck. It was a balmy -4 when I woke up this morning. Nice if you're a polar bear...

Woohoo- made it through the morning! Sadly, no, I'm not baking yet. The knife of the day is a putty knife. My stepDad is building a house and Mom & I are painting it. It's just a few miles down the road & the owners aren't in a huge rush. Pays more than most cooking jobs around here and I'm free to come home and ice my back as needed.
Thanks for all the well wishes & support :)

Hey there Scott!

Crazy couple weeks for me. Found out I might have sleep apnea, Brother-in-law had gal bladder surgery last Friday, and Sister-in-law had an emergency appendectomy yesterday. So, I volunteered to take her kids to Columbus for the State Championship Pokémon tournament. Last year my nephew was in the top two. I don't recall if he won or not. But he went to worlds in Hawaii and was in the top 7.
