My REO…My Coffee….My Recliner

Long gone are the days I can do anything I want and not suffer for my decisions the following day.

Spent several hours on the four-wheeler yesterday acting like I was a kid again. Normal use it roaming around the country side in a nice leisurely pace or taking them down to our targets a few hundred yards/meters and back.

But yesterday afternoon me and a buddy had a wild hair and decided we needed a bit of excitement. Soooooo after several hours of "riding it like we stole it" every muscle I have is screaming at me thing morning. My big Yamaha Grizzly is way to heavy for that type of riding as compared to the quads made for it but It was a blast and there is no doubt that it will happen again but it will not be today.

I hope everyone has a great Saturday.

Happy Saturday, REOvil!

Finally, I have two days of peace and quite. No doctors, nurses, home health or pt. Turning off the phones just in case! Everything is healing well, walking several times a day and only getting help from Mom to feed the dogs. It's a good thing I don't need her more because my StepDad won't even wipe his own azz yet. I think he needs to go back to the doctor/hospital....he won't walk, shower, drink water- all things he should have been doing for 5 days now.

Oh oh and here officially the last question of the day!!

Someone told me earlier that you cannot go below 1.2ohm with a vv reo but you can go down to 0.6ohm with a regular reo?

Could someone explain to me why that is?

Want to quit....You delight me with all your questions! i have no brilliant answers for you...I'm not the brightest bulb in the pack....but the brainiacs will be answering every question you can come up with.

My first day on the job in orientation this was addressed. Pants must be worn at the natural waist level. In other words "no swag on the job site!" hahehahahaha. Funny thing is that's how half of the hammer swinging goons do it, there like F tho Police, and F the swag ban!
It's certainly another world from the bicycle retail shop:) I've had several smokers tell me matter of factly "those e-cigs will kill! you, and they don't work" I just shake my head and think "what doesn't work?" One lady told me that, and I dared to venture, "Why don't they work?" She responded "Cause the don't." I asked if she would try it, she said "No, never! I'll just quit before I kill myself with that thing!"
I'm so happy we here have recovered from smoking cigarettes

SWAG USED to mean rare jewels?

In a different line of thought...Dennis is a jewel of a Reonaut...his "front" of being a creepy stalker is SO blown!!!!

And Good morning Reoville... I've been reading and catching up thru THREE pages!

I couldn't find the original post so I'm just quoting Kay so that she redirect this answer.

The reason you can't go below 1.2 ohms on a VV REO is because the chip won't fire it. It's not capable of it. The wires and connections and the chip won't let it run a coil below that.

Now as for the regular mechanical REO you can run to about .6 ohms as the lowest otherwise you risk melting a button from the heat and arching off the battery. A mechanical mod has no regulators and is simply just a circuit with nothing extra(I.e. Wires, regulator chips, solder joints).

Hopefully that answers your question, and if not maybe someone else can explain it better. :)

Thank you Kay. That's not the worst. The worst is that I actually owned all reos before and still find ways to forget the basics and ask questions about it lol.

Harley promised me a personal RBA in GA back in 2011 but he never held up his promise.

Jk jk Harley

Thank you Imed!

I am a true idiot when it comes to electricity. When I was younger and drunk I actually got rid of the liquor in me on a electric fence knowing it's a electric fence so you see electricity and myself don't get along to well.

Some smart reo guy (forgot his name) recently explained to me that the voltage really doesn't matter much as a a low ohm with a fully charged battery 4.2v is the same warm vape as a 2.5ohm at 5.5v the battery just uses more power? Something like that.

So now the hunt starts for either a grand or woody!

Good Morning Reo-fam! Jen, I'm really glad you're back and ok. I'd love to hear the whole story if you don't mind sharing it.

It's way too nice to be indoors, so I'm gearing up to go on an extended Trek around the countryside. You guys and gals have a great weekend. Oh, and....Get those grills out and fired up! We all have a lot of steaks and burgers and chicken to catch up on. :p

i just got back from shopping with HRH, which has been something i try to avoid, but the only way i could put a stop to her profligate spending! Especially since i need the cash for more pressing things, like mods.

It may be my imagination, but you need to be a polar bear to hang around in food shops for any length of time. I went out in t-shirt and jeans (which is not unacceptable for Texas) and i was freezing.

Rotisseried chicken at some point this weekend.

Good morning, everyone :)
Been up for a few hours working on ads and dealing with one client who is picky, picky, picky. Oh well...on the bright side, she pays her bill on time and she'll never work with anyone else because anyone else won't put up with her. My competitor loves to use the phrase "you know you're not my only customer, I'm too busy to work on this right now." Ya, that's the best free advertising I could have.

Jen, I'm so glad you're home and on the mend  We've missed you.

Welcome, RPM_Redline! :) Yes, it is affected. I just flew in January with my Reo. I unscrewed the bottle a bit (not all the way), put some paper towel behind it just in case, then screwed it back on firmly after we landed. Not a drop spilled. :) I wouldn't travel with a full bottle though. I carried the rest of my juice in a ziploc back. One bottle leaked, the other did not. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/reos-mods/205095-traveling-your-reos.html
