Just so y'all know, I'm FREEZING this morning! 3 days ago it was 80°. Think Mother Nature has been drinking.

I'm sad I missed the lunar eclipse. Snow and rain. Boo. Sorry I've been MIA. Been trying to not spend so much cash. This site has a tendency to empty my wallet. LOL

I'm just the opposite, buying a Reo has actually SAVED me money. Once I bought my Mini and got an RM2, I sold everything else I had - mods, toppers, everything - except for my Provari w/Igo and my iTaste vv w/ standard atty for sampling. I'm one of those that doesn't need more than one of something. It's tempting, believe me, but different colored doors has served me better for now.

Earth for now.
Good Morning REOville!

Sorry I have been lost for the past few days, I have been sick again with the second cold in two months. I find it weird that I smoked for well over thirty years and only got a cold maybe once every two years and since quitting I have been sick twice already. With that said I have no intention of returning to the stinkies, even sick I still feel better than I did and am finding that the energy is returning quicker than it did when I was smoking and got sick. I was having a hard time vaping and had bad cravings for a smoke, but pulled through and can now vape again and all is better.

Hope everyone has a fantastic day and if not fake it, nobody needs to know.

Edit: Going to take forever to get caught up here, dang I hate when my daily routine gets messed up.

Good morning Reoville. My Walker Evans book came today. "American Photographs" Wonderful book. Great reproductions and layout.
Diet Coke, unflavored nic juice in my Woodvil, lazy boy extended into astronaut position. At some time in my past I must have been a walrus laying on a hot rock sunning myself.

Walker Evans was a big influence for me. Love his work. Was just thinking about Eugene Smith the other day and had to have another look at some of the photographs he left for us.

I could go on and on about this topic. Reos and photography, a good combination for me.

Me too. The book was only $25 so its a steal. Its laid out just like the catalogue they sold at the exhibit in 39. Printing is thumbs up. Smiths madonna photo from Minamata has got to be one of the most compelling photos ever made. Brings tears to my eyes. Humanity.

Hey everyone!

Got my mail today and there was a package with an old Reo 18650 wood that I used to own just waiting for me! It was the one that I gave away cuz the odor from whatever coating was on it ( I'd originally bought it from someone , but I can't remember who...hey, give me a little break, I'm old) I forgot how pretty it is...a dark wood body, which I think is cocobolo, with a brownish and sorta tan, sorta swirly, door.

I put in a batt, loaded it with juice and....the smell was gone, yippee!!!

Now I'm up to SIX woods!!:D I can't believe the passion I've developed for smooth soft, yet hard wood, I mostly have one in each hand all the time! And they're different sizes but i think i prefer the larger woods as they last longer before they run out of juice or start to fade away...

P.S. Anyone heard from Jen or Dennis? I hope they're both all right:(
