Hey everyone!
Got my mail today and there was a package with an old Reo 18650 wood that I used to own just waiting for me! It was the one that I gave away cuz the odor from whatever coating was on it ( I'd originally bought it from someone , but I can't remember who...hey, give me a little break, I'm old) I forgot how pretty it is...a dark wood body, which I think is cocobolo, with a brownish and sorta tan, sorta swirly, door.
I put in a batt, loaded it with juice and....the smell was gone, yippee!!!
Now I'm up to SIX woods!!![]()
Now I'm up to SIX woods!!I can't believe the passion I've developed for smooth soft, yet hard wood, I mostly have one in each hand all the time! And they're different sizes but i think i prefer the larger woods as they last longer before they run out of juice or start to fade away...

ECF did have a brain fart for a few minutes Kay.
Howdy. Kay! Evening, all!
i've been busy nursing a cold and taxes. i finally said screw it and filed a tax extension. wish i could do that with my sinuses...
i don't suppose we can claim Woodvils as dependents?
Hi Dennis! ( ok...one has checked in...)S'funny you should mention sinuses.....mine have been a major pain in my head the last few days,
like someone with a ballpeen hammer and a very sharp knife was torturing me just above my left ear. Yesterday it was so intense that i finally broke down and took a 100 mg. Gabapentin...mnade me sleepy and goofy but only knocked out about half the pain.
only 100mg? i take 300mg 3 times a day.
that may explain a lot...

Evening (albeit late evening) Reofam. How's everything going Lisa? Did you get a chance to talk to your daughter yet? As my boys grew up I missed the snuggle time, but they are all great for hugs when I get to see them. The lapfulls of grandbabies is awesome too, but Jeebers, the oldest grandson is almost 13. Where does the time go? I think there is some mathematical law that states for each year you age the passage of time gets closer to the speed of light. At least I have a couple grandbabies that are only two, and one that is 18mos.
she and Wayne were texting though. so that conversation will be forthcoming....not going to do it over text. But ya, I totally feel ya on the light speed passage of time. I just turned 40 last month, have 6 grandkids from 3 months to 12 years and I'm still dumbfounded when thinking about how I'm going to be teaching my daughter how to drive this year. PS We have 6 kids between us, but only one is biologically mine...the youngest (14). The daughter I was talking about last night is Wayne's middle daughter....she's 25.
