Morning Karen sweetie. How's work going so far this week?

Hi Ed!

So far so good! Already back from getting groceries. Now moving stuff for the carpet cleaning. Got them coming in a bit.

Hope you stay warm. We will get to 85 today then will drop to 64 by Thursday. Can't complain too much, it's better than below zero and snow! LOL!

Good morning all. I have a quick question regarding my Reo Grand which is in the mail. I will be using a Reomizer 2.0 on top of my Reo. The question is this... Can I or can't I sub ohm vape with this setup? I generally like to build my coils around .8 ohm's. I've read so many different answers on this subject, it would be nice to have some clarification.
Thanks!

.8 will run just fine, With the upgraded contacts sub-OhM is working out well for those that use it. I was running .8 on the old contacts but have added a extra wrap to my coils now I am running 1 to 1.1 and getting about the same as I did with a .8 :)

Your normal would be fine with the OLD contacts. The new ones will safely (depending on battery, of course) allow you to go down to 0.2 ohm. I have never heard of anyone that is doing less than 0.2 ohm.

Good afternnoon all.

vsummer1 - I am so sorry for the pain you are in. I personally would call them twice a day and ask nicely if they happen to have any cancellations. At some point I think they feel sorry for you and work you in. I know it has worked for me. :)

Scott - I hope today is "dryer" than you birthday. :D Not the optimal way to put out the birthday cake candles.

On the rm2.... is the oring more for just being able to control where the air hole is or does it really have a more important purpose? Just wondering. Mine is doing fine but I am going to order some spares as soon as I am strong and won't accidently hit the "woodvil" heehee My hubby has a big box of every size oring I think has ever been made but they are all to thick.

If Dennis doesn't check in at least and let us know he is fine.........Lucy will have some splaining to do.

Dennis should be in surgery now. Only about 20 min so far. He said there about 2 hours.

I ask/told him to email me when he can. I will post on here if he can't. He said he would as soon as possible.

Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. They only see patients on Monday for knees. Other days are other problems, like Tuesday is hands, Wednesday is arms/shoulders, Thursday is cancer, Friday surgery etc.

My "insurance" isn't good enough to get a real ortho doctor with his own practice, I go to the teaching college at USC and am shuttled like cattle through the LA system. I was denied disability because one of the little baby doctors wrote in my file I was doing well because he didn't know what to look for and completely missed a bone spur growing into my trochlear groove. Never mind the patient reported inability to walk without pain requiring narcotics (from someone who doesn't LIKE narcotics) they just lumped me into the drug seeking group and disregarded my complaints. I finally broke down, grabbed whichever newbie doctor they assigned to me that day and told him to FEEL MY KNEE where he finally caught the thing catching and sticking like a ratchet, which moved it up the chain where they discovered the "largest bone spur" the surgeon had ever seen deforming my entire knee. Which took a long time to grow, all while under their care being told "everything is fine". So unless I have a broken bone, no one seems to care if it is my just a tear in my meniscus or merely a torn ACL, MCL etc.

Sorry for the meltdown, it is just so damn frustrating! The ER says to follow up in 1 - 3 days with your doctor, but I can't get in to be seen until July unless I go to USC and present to the ER with every other major trauma in the downtown area

I am so sorry and I apologize for not knowing that was how it is for you. That has got to be the most helpless feeling in the world. When I was young I always say I should have married a plastic surgeon. Now.........I wish I was the girlfriend of a orthopedist. (please note that I did not say "married" to a orthopedist). I deal with pain myself and should really have "Ya Can't Keep a Good Dog Down" tattooed on my backside.

Good news from Dennis! IF all goes well with him it could get worse for all of us here with his antics. :)
Sorry you are having such a painful time Val. It all sounds so Orwellian. Grrrr....

Go look at the moon tonight. Tonights the night to shoot the "full" moon and still have foreground detail. Moon rise here is 7:06PM. It will vary a bit depending on where you are. It will be in the east south east about 110 degrees. Hope the clouds stay away. All info is from "the Photographers Ephemeris" which is a free program for your computer except the mobile version which is $10. Great program for nature and landscape photographers or just people that like to see the sunrise, sunset, moonrise and moonset.

Does Scott look older today to anyone else but me?

I am so glad he is fine but how in the heck does anyone "forget" their reo. I'd forget my bra before I did that.

The first thing I do when I get in my car is start it and put my REO's in the holder! But if his daughter took him up I guess that threw him off.

I would have noticed it quick though even if someone else took me. Maybe he did but couldn't go back to get it.

I keep my two Grands in my purse. Don't use them at home. They are always there. Now sometimes I forget to refill or pop in a new battery before I leave. Most times though they are ready to go.
