I am so glad he is fine but how in the heck does anyone "forget" their reo. I'd forget my bra before I did that.

well, i did remember my bra...

the surgery was quick and painless. i've had more pain pulling band-aids off my hairy arm. when they told me to open my eye after it was over, i couldn't believe how well i could see. on the way home, for the first time in 3-4 months i was able to read streetsigns and freeway signs. that means, i'll now be able to drive to places i've never been before. i can't wait til it gets dark to see if my nightblindness has been fixed. i can't wait to be able to go to a restaurant or anywhere at night for the first time in 3 years.

thanks for all the well-wishes!

Tis true what everyone says! I told you it would be like opening a curtain. Nothing in the way now for light to pass!

Just wait till both are done! No holding you back then!

So very happy that it went smooth for you. Eyesight is one thing that is vital for all creepy stalkers! LOL!

Good to hear that you are seeing well after the eye surgery! I know it took me awhile after my PRK to stop squinting when I'd hit the street signs at night with highbeams (for the love of God, DON"T DO IT), and around a year before streetlights didn't blind me with that star pattern effect.

Can't wait to go to a restaurant or anywhere at night? Why are you waiting, go!

I am so sorry and I apologize for not knowing that was how it is for you. That has got to be the most helpless feeling in the world. When I was young I always say I should have married a plastic surgeon. Now.........I wish I was the girlfriend of a orthopedist. (please note that I did not say "married" to a orthopedist). I deal with pain myself and should really have "Ya Can't Keep a Good Dog Down" tattooed on my backside.

I wish I was the girl friend of a plastic surgeon:(

Hi everyone, it is my 2 year quit smoking day and one year as a ReoNaut.

I got my first Reo as a quit smoking gift for my 1st anniversary. I am so glad because it stopped the quest for the perfect mod. Reos are number 1

eta: oops, actually it was May 16 when i ordered my first Reo but that is because i asked questions here before ordering :)

Loli, that is so fantastic. I think I've found my "happy place" too. Isn't it all wonderful. Here's to another year. :toast:

Good evening. It is my pleasure and privilege to introduce George to the REO family. He is a very handsome young man, a bit under dressed without his shiny button cover, but very handsome nonetheless. He became a member of my family just over one week ago and has already claimed a special spot in my heart and vaping rotation. He is my go to! I will name him George, and I will hug him and pet him and squonk him.

Congratulations! I just got my first Reo for the same reason you did. I so hope to follow in your awesome footsteps and be saying much the same thing in another year. I love my new Reo.
