Hi Darrel and Dennis.

You think you met someone, Dennis :) Your imagination and the figments it can produce can extend beyond the confines of ECF. I suggest that instead of pinching yourself to see if it's real, pinch them. Hard. Then if you can still see the resulting bruise the next day you can be more confident. :)

Edit: the bruise would most likely be on you...

Fleet I downloaded the software for my amp, found some sweet presets and now I am getting re-aquanted with Skynard. I still stink but it keeps me off the streets

For now anyway….:)

Great news, indeed! We should try to talk again, soon. Do you have backing tracks? I've got some software recommendations that might help you as well. I don't know where you are with respect to your skill level. PM me your email and I'll send you a short take of some real basic improv I recorded. That'll give you an idea of where I am, kind of. I consider myself intermediate. But I bet I have a ton useful stuff.

For example, this is the image I use for my wallpaper on my PC:

MusicDesktopLarger-medium.jpg

So maybe I can help you out in the motivation department :2cool:

edit: I remember you gave me your email so I just sent it. No great shakes at all. Not my best playing either. Still, it was fun to do.

Good evening, everyone :)
Just got back a little while ago after leaving Karen at the hotel for her last sleep here. I am sad to see her go, but super glad she got to come for a visit. We've had a blast...and I dragged her kicking and screaming all over the place...just kidding. Karen has amazing drive and ....well, balls of steel. I realize now that where we live is no simple stroll ....it's aggressive and challenging. Wayne and I had a great time chatting with her and I had a blast taking her to some of my favorite spots. Just wish we had more time...there is so much more to see. Oh...and we finished up watching the sunset over Birch Bay enjoying dinner on the patio with Tiff. Always love to see her....need to make more time for her as well. I'll drop a few more photos here before I drag my ragged ... to bed.
:)
