Welcome back to Reoville Karen. It was great seeing all the pics of Karen's Big Adventure.

Hello everyone. Welcome to the new Reonauts that dropped in here to say hello. Good to have you here.

I got clearance to drive so I'm free now. Did some grocery shopping, went to the pharmacy etc. Using a cane to get around. I think I might rather be a plankton drifting in the ocean than a mighty oak rooted deep in the ground.

Welcome to the cane gang Loren!

I used my cane a lot in WA. Tried to keep it out of most of the pics.

Could not manage without it for long. Quickly realized it was a lot more safe with the help.

You won't need it for long!

Hi Loren, glad to hear you're more mobile now! Drift around and enjoy!

Well, cane gang is better than chain gang, I'd imagine :) I keep mine in my car, just in case but I don't use it unless absolutely needed. I don't care for it at all.....

I keep one in the car and one here in the house. I have a folding one for the Harley. At the grocery store I just hold onto the cart and unless they spill stuff in the aisles I am good in there ;)

The night I fell, I was rushing out the door after the cat. I didn't stop to get the cane

The dog does not like it when I walk her with it though, it keeps getting in her way. I am not ready to go that far without it yet though

Yep, lots of us using assistance with our mobility. Much better than falling and breaking something again :glare:

Val you are 200% correct. Tree roots can create a lot of havoc. Here's a pic of my work REO taking care of a 6 foot pine "foundation buster".

No thank you, but I appreciate the offer. Big trees were the reason our drainage, sprinkler and concrete were rooted out (and the foundation was going to be next so we had to tear them out before the house went sideways.) We got trees that won't do that, and are installing them so the roots go far down below anything they can damage :D

What a day....
Been working 12+ hour days lately, haven't even had time to change the coil on either of my two RM2's since I end up going home and crashing after work. They're starting to get a little gunked up so I'll have to change them tonight.

So today, I get to work, with only one Reo/RM2/spare batteries........and forgot to bring the bottle of juice, or refill the bottle from yesterday....

Still stuck in the office for another few hours, i've been salvaging this last .5ml for a while now.....hoping it lasts me until I get home....going to be a long night Reoville.
Hope you guys are having a better day than I am.

Sorry Still to hear that. Hope you get through too. Working those hours can be a real grind, wear you down. Then not to have your juice :( If I were closer I'd deliver some to you :) You've always got an ear when you come here. Hope tomorrow and the rest of the evening work out better for you....

Sorry to hear you don't have any juice :(

but you don't need to recoil, just burn it to clean it. I don't change out my coils until they give out. I like my coils broken in. I carry a bit of cotton though in case the wick needs replacing. If you are using xc/s-116 (or whatever name they rebranded it) you can burn it coiled to clean it up, then just a rinse and shake and back to vaping. DH has been using his so long I can't remember the last time I recoiled it, but he cleaned it last night.

Thanks guys, caught a break and got out early tonight. Re-coiled and re-wicked.
Im working out of a new location separate from my regular job, this one is going to go on through until September. I've already taken a charger and left it there.

I got home, gave my Reo's some TLC, packed some juice in my backpack with some scissors/tweezers/cotton just incase. Thats going to stay at the office from now on.
Should be all set, even threw an ego/evod in there as a backup/backup. Calling it my Vape Care Package. thanks for the idea supertrunker.

Oh, and I do appreciate the thought black6host :toast:

I think i'm going to place that order for unflavored, have been afraid to try it and not like it...but with the potential for less re-wicking/re-coiling its worth a shot, considering the extensive work schedule ahead of me.....just deciding what flavor to take in the morning was a time consuming task before...lol

i remake coils at the weekend usually. In a pinch i will wrap one during the week but it's rare because i am busy like you. I carry a spare rebuilt atty.

Same with liquid - 30 ml bottle in a computer case, which buys me a couple of days before i need to refill it.

I find that with a little forethought i can run easily a week or two and not have to do anything, and when i do sit down finally to rebuild etc (HRH usually bombs me with gear she needs rebuilt) i can rattle them all off in one go in about 10 mins on a Sunday morning. When i ought to be at church...or something..

Under normal circumstances, carrying spares and extras would not be a problem. However, wearing a suit, and constantly passing through metal detectors/security makes it slightly annoying to have to constantly explain what that little box/liquid/battery is for, and what does the button do.

That, and when mobile I dont always have my backpack with me as the laptop/tablet stays in the office sometimes when I have to run out to meetings and events.

Ill find a way.
