This is what Jan ( jcokie) sent me that arrived today:





Just " a little bit" thank you a kazillion times Jan! I just rewicked all my woods with it. I like it better than anything I've tried so far...and I've tried a lot of different wicking materials.

There's enough to last me and a couple of other people a lifetime! So if anyone wants some I'd be glad to share! I also have a boatload of CVS cotton... two boxes worth actually that I'd be delighted to pass on to someone.

Fleet... I want to applaud you for the hell you're going thru with those relatives and the care you're taking with your son.Sending you extremely strong mojo and strength that it'll be over soon and you can relax and just concentrate on raising your boy.

Would you be willing to share a pic of him with us? I just bet he's a cutiepatootie!

Wow, it just showed up! Some fast traveling mojo there!

Good news: my crocs are breaking in very nicely. I can slip them on without untying them now and there starting to stretch enough to fit may tall feet comfortably. They were a good purchase! Thanks again for the recommendation. I wouldn't have bought them without it.

Hey, when you were young'uns did you all ever play a game called hubcap? Back when I was a kid all trashcans were made out of galvanized steel. We had a short little bridge near where I lived and we used to play that game right at the end of the bridge, Anyway, what you did was wing the trashcan lid like a frisbee right behind a car that went by and we'd all yell out "HUBCAP". Motorists would stop because it sounded just like a hubcap fell off.

Well, it was my turn, and being Mr. Uncoordinated, even back then, things took a different turn of events. A car rolled by, and of course it was dark which suited our mischievous plans quite nicely and I winged that trashcan lid as hard as I could. Right into the side of the car. Now, me being me, that wasn't enough. That car happened to be a police cruiser Of course once they screeched to a halt and jumped out of the car I had jumped down a stairwell not 10 yards away. They searched the area but didn't look under their noses so that was a free one for me.

Of course they showed up in my driveway soon after, wanting to know if I knew anything about it, but that was SOP for me and my life. Nope, didn't know a thing. That kind of thing happened many times both before and after I got out of juvie hall. I'm here to tell you, spending Thanksgiving behind bars ain't fun. Thank goodness I finally grew up one day. Never got into much trouble after 18.

Now, before y'all judge me, just know that my childhood was screwed up. Full of pain and hurt. There was a reason for the things I did and it took me a while to figure that stuff out and get past it. Still have had my share of time locked up, just not for those types of reasons. More mental health related.

Well, now you know more about me than you did before. I can't/won't apologize, it is part of what makes me, me. And I've turned 180 degrees since then.......

Edit: I do apologize to those I terrorized, just not for telling the story...

Hehehe. If you can tell me where it happened I will pay you. But remember, I only hit a cruiser and that would have been covered by the town. Never hit somebody's personal vehicle.

Edit: back then the only luck I had was bad luck. That's why when it was my turn I got a cruiser

Edit again: I've long since worked off my bad karma. There's many more good things that I've done then there were bad.
