Good afternoon Reoville. It sounds as though Val and I are on the same track. I had a total hip replacement ( for those that do not know) 2 1/2 months ago. For the past week I've hardly touched the cane and am walking around just fine. I had an "A ha" moment when I was on my feet moving around outside and realized that I was normal again. Yea! It will only get better with time and its great now. Val is right about being able to get around. Its the best.

Having michigan red hots tonight. Basically a frankfurter (Glaciers made in Malone NY)) with real skin, topped with a meat sauce with chopped onions on a dog roll. My carotids were checked recently and they were very clear...lol. Its a northern NY delicacy with many roadside stands, family run, selling them.
