Nature is messing with me today. I'm incredibly tired and its raining and cool. Perfect sleeping weather in other words with the sound of rain coming from outside. I've performed about ten touch and go moves on my keyboard and I'm pretty sure a couple of them left stamps in my forehead.

Good morning!

Long naps sound really good in this weather!

Wishing you a fantastic day!

Good morning, Karen! It's a real pleasure that I can leave my door open on my shop and enjoy the cool, fresh air!:)

I have the windows and door open here for now also. With our forecast I know these days are few and far between.

I put a roast in the oven today for the guys. A perfect day for a long and slow roasting!

Enjoy that fresh air while you can!

Too late, already signed up for Direct. This all started when Daughter came home after loser #5 struck out. How an attractive, 5'5" size 7 Brunette can have such bad luck with men is still beyond me... anyways, they had Direct TV (she's a Patriots fan, he is an Eagles fan) and since she has been home she has been lobbying Mamaw for Direct TV. If what I'm being quoted is true; Half the price and all of the NFL. Actually, for the first year it'll be 1/3 the price.
Anyways, instillation is supposed to be tomorrow afternoon. I was thinking out loud to Mamaw, since I've already paid this month's service at TWC I could probably just turn in the Boxes/ Remotes to TWC and keep the wireless RR Router until the AT&T (sub-contract through Direct) comes to complete our Internet Service. Unless TWC wants to act like a jilted lover or something...
Anyways, I will try to stop by from time to time using Chrome on my Smart(er than me) Phone while we make these adjustments.

And, for those who participated; My annual Unofficial Equipment of the Year Poll (in the General Vaping Section) seems to be winding down. Looks like ProVari and the KFL/ Clones are going to be the leading vote getters this time around. Reos is slightly behind as a Power Source, leading as a juice burner (because I separated Svoemesto from the Clones). Still, a lot of interesting setups and pictures. Thanks to those who participated.

Huh, kinda of forgotten there was more on ECF to read than just the "Reos Mod" section. Good Poll Brett!

Cable cutter for over two years. Running Roku - $24/month for Netflix, Hulu Plus and Amazon Prime

I made the step away from cable about 4 years ago. Roku and Netflix with 2 DVD's a week is a winner! Have looked into Hulu Plus but really not something I need.

It took awhile to get past missing some favorite shows but the loss of commercials was wonderful!

I hadn't seen it either 'cause I only run the GP, Reo and For Sale forums now days. Got my vote/pictures in it that includes a plus for the Reo's. ;)

I am having a hard time trying to find the momentum to go and shower. I need motivating. . .

Hope ya'll are having a more productive day. . .

Good Afternoon Torey!

I have the same problem getting motivated at home. Sometimes it is nice to look at what you have done in a day and only come up with a couple other things besides relaxing! I can't wait to retire and not have work motivate me to do stuff!

A good reward for doing something work! Take a shower, get a special treat!

Hi Reonauts, I am practicing with my phone camera. This is a view from the top of my ramp. I am surrounded by woods on 3 sides.

Satellite TV is better than cable in general imo. I have Comcast but just for internet. Direct TV I cancelled when the price kept rising, With Dish which I have had for 3 years, I have upgraded to the Hopper and can record all of primetime major network shows with just one of it's tuners leaving the others for recording the cable type networks. Six shows at the same hour.

Oh

That is a spectacular place Maggie! I love wooded areas. Nice area for the pups too!

Thanks Karen :) i can't get it raked until after the leaves stop falling. It looks colorful in the spring with my azaleas and gardenias blooming. Florida fall is brown and green. The grass gets brown and the leaves fall down...

I have Dish too. Satellite TV is the only option out here in the mountains where we live. Since Dish took over Wild Blue satellite internet, they also provide my internet service. It was really fast at first but I think they oversold their bandwidth and now its......well, its better than dial-up.

I have Direct now, and am trying to figure out a way to get away from them. I've loved it, and the whole house dvr, but they have got to high for me. My contract expires at the end of next month. I could go with Netflix and Roku, but I would miss my local news channels, and it's highly suspect whether I could pick up any of those stations with an outdoor antenna on a 50' pole. My father bought a long range antenna and has a 50' pole for it, so I'll wait and see what he gets when we get it up. I already have no land line. Just my cell. All these things are getting out of hand, price-wise.

Get out while you can. I pay $47mo for 1 Hopper and 3 joeys (extra tvs) and includes their America's Top 200 channel package (only 12mo contract). Direct was 2 years and for less paying $79MO. Comcast Triple Play is priced ok if you want phone and internet. The Internet is great, the cable blah and phone...well not really needed but the upside no contract.

I'm paying $105 for Direct and that's the 2nd from the smallest package! I have cable internet which I really like. I have 1 dvr and 3 genies and it's just outrageous!
