A little over 11 weeks of breathing just air(no vape, just air lol)

I too am looking forward to the next Reos mod. Am doing well. Down to 6 mg for the last 6 months. I’m in no hurry to quit though. I might be one of those forever vapors....but then I thought I would never want to quit cigs either......so who knows.

i stopped smoking in 2012 and vaping in 2017 by gradually reducing the nicotine content of my liquid. But what i discovered is that it's not the nicotine in cigarettes that is the problem but all the other stuff. Come for the nicotine - die from the tar is the phrase.

HRH is still vaping away perfectly happily at precisely the same level as before - 18mg and if you think that's a lot, try to cut that from a potato say.
She'll vape until she dies but in the final analysis, she'll die later than she otherwise would and have enriched all our lives in the process.

Hope you are having some fun @Sloth Tonight. Tis a wee bit different in Vegas and So Cal from Home huh? Once a year we get to Vegas for a huge trade show for our business. We mostly work all day but we do get to take in a show on one of the evenings. Love the cirque de solei shows!! Have seen most and added Michael Jackson’s this last trip. Amazing! Even if one is a fan or not, the show was jaw dropping.

Hello, yea it's been a while ....
Just trucking, vaping and loving Mamaw and her cooking. But not tonight. Out on a two-nights run. Home tomorrow.
My two trusty REOS Grands are sitting in the cupholder, like they always do when I am behind the wheel. But I am down to about one or two milliliters per day at 10mg of nic.
No garden anymore. Arthritis took that simple pleasure from me. But I have a Firestick, so the couch gets used a little more. When I am not driving or sleeping.

Love the geography down that way. Fell in love with the desert many years ago when my wife and I visited her snowbirding parents and I shared a sandwich with a kitfox during a full moon (my FIL's moonshine was involved - the fox wisely passed on partaking and stoically stood vigil after scarfing down the best damn pastrami on rye of his life while I belted out 'A Horse With No Name', much to the chagrin of my suddenly awake kith and kin).
