I'm ok with airing our dirty laundry here. We screwed up @Vapefiend 's order - wrong bottle size for a replacement bottle, different cap than was in the picture, and different drip tips than what was in the picture.
I got the message this morning and have already reached back out to @Vapefiend to make sure we get the correct products to him asap.
From a big picture perspective, this is a good time to point out some changes we are making here at Reos. The current website is out of date and difficult to find the products you are looking for. So, we are working with a firm to overhaul the whole website to make it easier to find what you are looking for. Part of that overhaul involves updated pictures on everything we sell. So far, that's over 1000 pictures we have taken and gotten edited for format to fit on the new website. Since the new website is on target to launch early September, it's kind of tough to justify replacing every picture on the current website with new pictures for the next three weeks.
I'm sure we will make other mistakes with customer orders in the future and I think @Vapefiend handled our mixup perfectly - he emailed me with the problem and sent pictures so I could see what was going on. I appreciate the opportunity to make it right for him and I look forward to not disappointing him in the future.
That's good to hear @Eric Parlin We all make mistakes. How those mistakes are handled makes a big difference to most of us. Getting the Reos business modernized and up to speed has got to very time consuming with a lot of stress. Glad to see you popping in here to keep us up to date.

Eric is a stand up guy like Robert. I'm sure I share some fault and was more upset than I needed to be. He is making it right with me and that is what matters.
It was a misunderstanding and simple mistake. I wasn't aware of the changes and simply got the wrong bottle & different dt.
I wanted to be respectful and not say anything until it was handled between us. I'm glad Eric chose to tell you all, that was really awesome that he did that.

Not wanting to cause a stir, but you did say something here that probably left more than just me wondering what happened, but still, I can understand, and am just glad it all got handled quickly and to everyone's satisfaction.
You're right. The first post was worded wrong that's why I did post the second trying to explain a little more. I shouldn't have posted at all; I would have deleted it all if I could have in the beginning.
Everything was actually for my friend that I got into reos who just picked up a secondhand p67 off FB. I just wanted the drip tips lol. I did however order a hammertone grand for some new attys I traded for. Pictures of those coming soon
So far I have a black wrinkle grand LP, silvervein grand SP, and now a hammertone grand SP. I know what some of you are thinking, why SP? I love the catch cup and never intend on using any attys bigger than my 14mms (chalice iii, graal, no fear again, cyclones, and i recently traded for a divo and hornet) I have multiple of these and they all fit the SP. My LP is for the o-16, atomic, chalice iv, cyclone afc, etc. I'm not sure if I want a p67 yet, I'm waiting to see if the woodvils make a return first!

Nice bunch of Reos Vapefiend, they are the only squonkers I use. I'm saving up now for a Green with a black wrinkle door.
