Yeah I am not really worried either, It is my first order with the new owner. I placed my order on the 26th, and received a e-mail that said your order is now complete on our side, but it did not provide a tracking number. From what I just read it most likely has not shipped yet. :|

I asked a day or two after that, and was reassured quickly - they're still backed up from a rush after the announcement, and that first "complete" message doesn't mean shipped. When it does ship (mine shipped today!!) you'll get a couple emails, at least one including tracking.

No. Cal.
Is the Copper vein the only finish that needs a clear coat? I'm wanting to get the Super Vein, and was just wondering.
Hey there, just wondering if you got an answer on the Super Vein? I have a P-67 Super Vein on its way here......I feel like a kid on xmas eve:).

I too have had a conversation with Cindy, and the "order complete" email is basically an in-house inventory control system. As expected, the response to the sale has been overwhelming, and there's a bit of lead time necessary to fulfill orders. Simple stuff, like spares, ships fast, but anything that needs assembly is gonna take a little longer. As mentioned above, when it ships, you'll know!
I'm probably about to make another order to add to the melee, and to that end, does anyone have a list of Reomizer "donor" atties? .. It's clear from the pics that V8 is the Derringer.. what about the others (and were they all authentics, or the other)?

Also listening to Fear Inoculum and loving it! ***TOOL***

I would imagine that if someone at some point really needed a replacement part like a spring or firing pin that someone in the REO community would graciously accommodate them down the road... That's what this community was built on and why its great!!

What do folks use in REOs to guard against possible shorts? It says here that, regarding kicks...
" REO Grand (modifications required: please check with device manufacturer for further details.)". So, what are people using. I remember a couple of weeks ago something else being mentioned, but I don't recall it's name.

Also, the last time I used a REO, AW was still making batteries. What are folks using now? Probably a stupid question; probably the same as we use in our other mods. But, I don't want to be foolish and not check.

I indeed use any good battery for a single battery mech.
    Sony VTC5a, Samsung 25R and 30Q, LG HG2, etc.

In theory, the spring below the battery is supposed to collapse in case of a short, severing the connection.
Not sure how fully reliable that is, i've never "dropped" a spring - but I know some people have.

Then again, I've been vaping dozens of mechs for over 5 years, and the only time I ever had a short, it was in the atty, and i knew it instantly and just stopped firing. Didn't even damage anything.

If the concern is a short when unattended, remove battery - or on a P67 there's a handy little slider that cuts off the battery at the top - so it's a pretty definitive "off" setting without removing the battery (you do have to slide the door down to slide the slider).
