Those look a bit like the "soy sauce" style - are they kinda stiff? Square is nice, if they squonk good too, they'd be good.
For $2, I'll probably throw em in a cart and check...
Hi,
I just put one of the 15.5mm ones in my metal 18490. It's a VERY tight fit - so much so that I'm having to move the bottle to change the battery. And it's more like "touch squonking" instead of squeeze squonking if that makes sense. The bottles are nice and soft though. The 10.5mm might have a height problem, but I'll probably add them to my order and give it a try anyway. And keep looking for others, if course!

No. Cal.
your 30q's are rated as 15Amp constant discharge, 3000mAh, 0.7ohms gives 6Amp discharge, 0.8ohm = 5.25Amp
I use LG HG2 rated as 20Amp constant discharge, 3000mAh,
I believe you are good to go with the 30Q's, I just always give myself as much headroom as I can.
Prices are about even although you may prefer pink to brown !
Ohm's law | Steam Engine | free vaping calculators is a good calculator, input 4.2volts, your coil resistance and it will calculate the current.

Thank you for the clarity! Yep, i think i actually get it this time AND it may stay in my noggin for another year. Ive used the calculator and have it book marked but never quite knew how to apply it to batteries...until now! Thank you!
Yep, I do kinda like pink more......even better now.

And yes to RTD @SteamStack! A good, reliable company for authentic batteries. Congrats on your new batts too!

Question: Does that bottle and battery size affect the efficiency of the drop spring in the case of a short?

What you said, SteamStack! Many thanks for your reply. And as many thanks for your post CMD-Ky - truly, I hadn't considered the possibility.
Also, maybe as long as I don't turn into a button punisher, the battery would be able to shift slightly to separate from the positive contact?
You've made me think though - I found some nice looking 6ml silicone bottles and am waiting to hear back on them. But maybe the plastic has a better chance than the silicone of letting the battery move?
What do you all think?

It was a concerning thought, perhaps it is nothing to be concerned with as @SteamStack said. That reply of SteamStack certainly made sense to me.

Thanks. Lol. I had a p67 and a grand in my cart, but just couldn't justify both. I care about build quality and longevity more than anything else. Who's going to buy the rest of the inventory? Maybe we could get a group together to do it?

The Grand will out last us prob hehe. Just grab about 5+ grand contact pins and a few springs and a hand full of magnets (would be smart) as those can fall out if ya drip the door and a bunch of bottle kits and you'll be set! Oh and a couple of button posts would be smart as well as those slowly get worn down by the up and down friction over the years.

Make sure to get one of those button tops! Black or aluminum.. whatever matches the mod better.. saves your thumb.

It's a tank!

The p67 is fine 2 but more replacement parts to buy like an extra contact plate and maybe the battery plate.

I loaded up on $80 worth of parts last night myself. I totally forgot hot springs, but I still have four of them now. I got a couple of those stainless center posts just in case, not sure if they would wear out or not. I did not see any of the black peak inserts for sale for the Grand, only the P-67. I am guessing that if you were determined enough to keep your Reo going, you could make parts yourself or hire someone to make them

Yeah I cant see thet black insert thing breaking on the grand. Though yeah.. sure someone could possibly get one 3d printed if needed.

I was panicking cause on the 2015 woodvil theirs no contact plate on the site.. sure that will need to be replaced eventually.. thinking/hoping the p67 would be a close match or made to match it.

Glad I have like 4-5 positive pins from the guy I bought my last woodvil from!

Though I can see being able to make a pin from a grand contact pin. Or mini.

It is done....................:(:|
https://www.reosmods.com/

This is interesting, I followed your link in chrome, and it looks like the site is still up, but open it in my windows browser, and the site is closed. :?:

In chrome in looks like I could still place a order,
I can't because of my previous orders though. :|
