You have an awesome points! I never thought of it. I think that every business owner should have the choice of whether smoking is allowed or not. I know they say they are trying to protect the employees...but that's bs...don't work in a smoking place ifyou don't want second hand smoke.

Along with funny laws, in Nebraska a few years ago, some people contacted the state and asked them to make it so farmers had to wet fields before farming them, because they didn't like the dust! It almost passed! You can't farm a wet field! Wetting the top of the field won't stop the dust because you till/disk really deep and would bring up dry soil...it would be impossible to wet the field enough to completely stop dust without gumming up the implements and having to stop and wait for it to dry out again. Seriously, do people not realize that farmers are the reason they have food! Shutting them down would end badly! LOL. People are hilarious!

I truly question Mr.Bobs (ulterior) motives on this forum. He says he vapes but does nothing but bash it. Its very odd.

TB won't let us look at any situation through rose-colored glasses. He insists we look through magnifying glasses instead.

He deals with the FACTS and no BS. He is a writer, columnist, and a huge e-cig advocate. Believe me when I say, he's on our side, and we're lucky to have him!
