Does anyone have any tips on setting this rba up. All I get is constant flooding.

I did a micro coil with a cotton wick 28 gauge kenthal

Any help would be appreciated

Dont know about cotton in it, but you do have to pack the wick down the sides enough. Also when you fill it use the fill port in the bottom and turn it upside down.

Not much detail to go on... but, most likely, your coil is too low. They need to be about 1-1.5mm above the air port... so there's a gap.

Almost forgot. Cotton will swell considerably. If the wick is too tight in the coil, the juice will, in combination with too low a coil, weep out and into the air port.

Yes... the ends of the wicks should just barely touch the deck where the two channels (the ones visible outside the chimney tube) are cut. My wicks are maybe an 7/8" long total. I'd have to pull one apart to measure... and they're all full right now. ;-)

When you bend them over, without force or pressure... enough to thread the chimney tube on, the ends just touch the deck.
