Anyone else of the opinion that plastic fill and wicks cause most of the taste, burning, and draw problems with almost all carts and clears? That if manufacturers would simply use metal or some other non melt-able material none of these issues would occur? IMHO, as long as these devices are tethered to plastic there's never gonna be a workable solution. Comments, please.

So far it seems that EVERYTHING has the lovely burnt taste to me. Could be me, but, I'm having a heck of a time searching for the 'perfect vape' that so many others seem to have found. After staying away from cartos since I've started vaping, I was sent a sample from one of the vendors. After I brilliantly figured out what the heck it was, I filled it w/o a tank (it was punched but that didn't stop me-didn't have a tank) I fell in love w/it! Have ordered a zillion of these (not punched) as I find it the most satisfying, fullest taste & darn I just like it. Let me know if you find something great - I'm always looking for better.

Have you guys ever tried the bridgeless atomizers? Very little or no plastic at all, as far as I know.

Ohh! Back to the topic at hand! lol! Yes, I agree! Plastic is causing some problems. I've ordered glass bottles for all my liquid supplies and I'm in the process of getting all glass tanks.

What is that Smok and where did you get it? I've never heard of anything like that before.

SmokTech probably has them by now but I got mine from a different seller. They do taste a little more "pure" although it's not a big difference. They are also slightly more prone to leaking as there is no mesh to hold the liquid, but I think it's worth it. Thanks for the like!

In effect, a de-filled cart is a bridgeless atomizer, but with a larger coil surface, way longer life, and much cheaper. Best of, well, this world.
