The Rose v2 Rebuildable Atomizer

I've noticed on the ring, one way it gives full exposure to the air intake, flip it over, and it partially blocks it. That could create a whistle for sure. Think that happened once to me. No whistle since I inverted the ring.

I just finished setting up one of the two a received last week. It's very nice and works well, but I'm not sure it kills anything. I have a bunch of a high end attys and I like it quite a bit, but it's expensive. The best bang for the buck is the Fogger IMO.

fogger is a POS atomizer, cheap parts, potty metal in the screws and posts, every fogger I've owned was a POS, not ever buying another. Fogger is Crap.

you should expect to get what you pay for.....fogger is $30......
it vapes pretty good though...

i cant afford a rose..want one pretty bad though.
so i am waiting for the kaiser to come out

I have nothing against $30 tanks. I love my Ehpro kayfun lite clones. That said, I've seen some pics of the Foggar with a good deal of rust everywhere that definitely turned me off of buying one. Not sure which kayfun clones can develop that rust, but at least I haven't seen pics of the ones I own with rust.

I usually only vape with $30 tanks as well. The Ehpro Kayfun Lites are really working well for me. I can't imagine the authentic Kayfun Lite's being much better. I did recently buy one authentic tank just to have one, but I gave it to my husband for Father's Day since he thinks he always winds up with my cheap leftovers. He doesn't understand that all I bought were cheap tanks. Got him the Expromizer, and he uses it exclusively now. I think he's even replaced his iTaste VVv3's topped with 15 mm carto tanks with his Provari plus Expromizer as his main, daily, set up. He preferred the smaller set up previously, but apparently the better vape finally got good enough to cancel out any embarrassment of carrying a full sized Provari and large tank. It does vape better then my Kayfun clones, but that's because of design. The workmanship is actually worse then my clones.

I have my first, high end, genuine RTA on its way. The Erlkonigin. They were in stock, there was a glass option, the filling system resembles the Salt N Pepper cartotank, which I've always been interested in, plus they may have developed a way to prevent leaking due to pressure and temperature changes with the juice feeding system in it. Figured if I had to have just one genuine, I may as well go for this one, which seems to cover all the issues I had with Kayfuns.

The thin bottom section of the base should be tightened with the steel bar and twin pin tool -very tight. Then screw the complete base and tank top- finger tight. now when you want to remove the whole base for refilling, use the two-pin tool to unscrew. You won't be able to unscrew the bottom collector section without the steel bar because it is too tight. I'll try to take some pics tomorrow when I refill.

Unscrewing to refill. Use little finger to unscrew chimney at the same time.


Using steel bar to tighten AFC/collector section to bottom of base. Very tight!

I've had the Rose for over a month now and can say it's the only tank rebuildable I've had that really fills everything I need. I bought it used and it was obvious that the previous owner probably didn't like it because he had the wrong things tight and the wrong things loose. Armed with your post I fixed her all up and can say it's a dream, never a worry, easy to fill and clean, beautiful performance.

hmm, re-wick Rose2, guess I should, heck been weeks since I've done anything but fill and Vape. Hmmm........... CRAP!!! Looks like it was 4/29 last time I did anything. Frak, guess I should vape my bouquet dry, and rebuild and re-wick. Almost scared to look seeing as it's been almost 2 months and the Rose's have been my main goto tanks. Need to re-build the Taifun GT too. Rebuilt the Aqua Last night at 0.21 ohms and Vaping quite spectacularly. Must Say. lol Frak, have 10 mods all with tanks or drippers, need to set up a build and re-wick schedule to track everything. Double crap, misplaced me 26 awg.... where the frak did it go???


but heck, they still be vaping quite well. lol, oh well, no rest for the wicked, or something like that....

That Erlkonigin is a big hit in Europe I read. Have you seen NavyLifeguard's video on Youtube? It's in German but you can see how it disassembles and how you should wick it. Very surprising how much he trims the wick. The Austrian inventor must have shown him how to set it up.

I'll check it out. So far, I've just been going by the Pictorial from here, and it's been vaping nicely.

It's kind of funny, love the roses, but currently me Russian is vaping the best of all my tanks, can take it up to 75 watts without a problem. Rebuilt all three, with basically the same exact build and ohms, all within 0.02 ohms of each other, all iV-twin builds, 0.40-0.42 ohms. Just happens that the Russian's was purrfect, and flawless. I'm sure once I dial in everything on the Rose2's they'll surpass Russia. lol. But heck, every now and then one has a blind squirrel moment

The Rose, is by far the most complete rebuilding atomizer system that I have seen. Was glad to have the stand for building Big Kayfun. The stands alone have proven to be one of my best build tools to have. Thinking of opening up the air intake on one though. Already have removed the ac rings

People who say the Russian/Kayfun, is not a cloud chaser, well, can only say, keep trying.

Now, to get Big Kayfun to vape as well as Russian, need to drill out it's fraking air hole too. lol. Fraking thing has bigger juice channels than the Russian, but smaller air intake. Well, kind of expected from a clone, but other than that, am happy with its build and quality..

I am on the fence as to whether I want to spring for a Rose V2. I have owned multiple Kayfuns, 2 Aquas, a Taifun GT and 2 GP Herons (as well as several Gennys). I am pretty experienced in rebuilding so I am not worried if the Rose is a bit of a challenge to build on (looks pretty easy TBH). I only use mechanical devices, so I would like the Rose to be able to run .7-.8 Ohm builds.

How does the Rose perform at sub-ohm levels? Or do most of you guys run it above 1 Ohm? I really like the design of the Rose, so I think I may have to grab one!

There's an Ebay seller that has them for $189.99 with free shipping so I think that's what I'll do (unless any of you guys have somewhere better to buy it from?)

Have had the Rose2 down to 0.20 ohms, and she was ok, have both at 0.42 ohm's and vaping at 72 watts without a problem, do have the ac rings removed, and thinking of drilling out the air hole a tad on one. But yeah, can handle 0.7 ohms without breaking a sweat.
