As the R91 is my first RBA, I am enjoying the vape a lot. However, as a chain vapor from time to time I am getting a leak from the air hole. I only fill the atty from the bottom screw so nothing has penetrated the air hole. I do not have a hard draw when vaping but I sense that I am flooding the wicking chamber from time to time which leads to the juice filling the air passage thus to leaking. Maybe I should rethink how I am positioning the ends of the wick in the chamber?
Any ideas or photos of how your wicks lay in the chamber?

What is the diameter of the wick you are using??
I have use 1mm up to 3mm silica and have not flooded the chamber in mine.I have however, got the leak issue out the airhole due to user error. When filling as the syringe emptied,i did not get the needle out of the 91 in time, and got a blast of air inside the tank. The leaking only lasted about 5-10 minutes until all the liquid that got pushed into the chamber was gone. Also when you are vaping if you accidentally breath into the mouthpiece,it will also cause a leak out the airhole.

Go to YouTube they are several ways to build the coils. Check all the O-rings especially the one that goes around the chimney and make sure the chimney did not come unscrewed.

Got mine set up on a GP Paps 2.5 with the media blasted tube. Decent match. Drip tip is polished 20mm shorty by Leo.

I've experienced some very minor leakage through there as well - at least from my Kayfun Lite. In my case I am (1) sure of one cause and only (2) suspect the other.

1) Temperature change. When going from cold, air conditioned indoors to 85+ F outdoors, I almost always get some leaking. The climate has cooled here in the Redneck Riviera and I haven't experienced it since.

2) Incompatible juice. I have some cherry cola that may be a bit harsh on the o-ring that finagle spoke of (4C from the KFL manual). When I removed it and compared it to the spare that came with it, I could see that it had expanded just a little. Swapping that o-ring and avoiding that juice seems to have prevented further leaks.

The KFL manual mentions both item 1 above and pressure changes as possible causes. If you're flying or even driving while covering large(ish) altitude changes, you may experience it. IIRC, a truck driver in the http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/rebuildable-atomizer-systems/436118-kayfun-lite.html thread reported this phenomenon. Somewhere early in that thread, folks mentioned that swapping that o-ring with its spare would allow the expanded ring to shrink back to shape after a while. I swapped mine out, but haven't tried the original since then.

Looks good on the paps!
The finish was driving me nuts, since all of my mods are brushed. I gave it the treatment last night and I like the look of it brushed much better. The markings came off fairly quickly which doesn't concern me in the least, but anyone thinking about brushing the finish and wanting the logos intact should take a little extra care.
Otherwise- I love this thing!

I just looked in on the VT site and read that the pre-orders from there have still not come in???

Is this true, none of you have recieved your pre-orders from VT still??

That is correct, we have not received a one. I am not sure I even want mine anymore. I've moved on to mostly dripping with occasional Genny use. Not into these type of tanks anymore and the ones I have sit in a drawer. .

I dont know what to do. I have found my leek and it is from the bottom fill screw not the air hole. I have tried all 3 screws that came with it and they all leek, some worse than others. If only i could fix it. This is my best atty with micro coil and cotton. Its like it was made to set up this way. Just ordered the spare kit and will try those three screws and if that does not work i dont know what to do. Did anyone else have this problem?

Just get some Teflon (plumbers) tape from WalMart or any hardware store and wrap a tiny strip around the threads of that screw. Guaranteed to stop leaks. Hell, that's what that tape is made for!

I've done this to a screw on one of my KFLs and it dried the fill screw right up.
