I hope I am posting this in the right place since I am a new to the forum. If not I am sorry mod's and please move it to the right place. :)

I placed an order on the 1st of October for a Safe Cig Micro Kit. I got the kit and it was awful. The batteries I charged up and would only last 15 to 20 minutes and die. I tried sending several I mean several support tickets, 2 emails directly to support, and talking on live chat. They have a 30 day money back guarantee. Here we are now almost 4 weeks later and still no refund, no communication about getting my money back, no promise to make it right period. I am now out almost $60 and I am ticked. This was my first dealing with ecigs. Ugh! Please do not buy from these people!
