Kat, there should be a white color box right above your handle and info. 1st step hover and left click inside the box 2nd type or paste the title 3rd check/click the small box "Search this thread only" 4th at the bottom of the box click search and you're off to the races - Good Luck

Yep, use the search thread to check for dupes, keep in mind the search feature is NOT always 100% accurate, but we at least try. So when a dupe is played if it gets caught soon enough we can fix it, if not just play on. This thread is about the music more than anything, all we can do is try.
And as for being the OP, this has been going on in other threads in various forms, often a few at a time long before I showed up. I was just the one who restarted the thread when it needed to be restarted.
So it's no like it's up to me to say whats what,,,,,, as long as we all play nice, enjoy the music and just try keep inline with the "rules" in some manner it's all good.

Yeah it's kinda clunky awkward going and finding a matching song, then searching then going back and hoping someone didn't beat you to it while you were searching.... best I can figure for saving time is having at least 3 tabs open... one on the song you are trying to match here, one at youtube and one at a search page in this thread somewhere.

Don't stop trying, it gets easier after doing it a couple times.

Yep, thats true I never did three windows only ever used two and refreshed the thread page,,,,,,, at times we had 5 or so people in here at the same time trying to be faster then the others,,,,,, it was more fun than frustrating if you can believe that
