It is definitely compelling. There is a floral note on the inhale, but it's more herbal than flowery. I can see where some may take this as piney, but my take is that it's a citrus like flavor with a hint of anise. It is reminiscent of the taste of wet, preserved lemon peel (Taki' & Newport' will know what I'm talking about).
That sort of fits in with my fragrant fresh citrusy green leaves thoughts :) Never chewed the leaf off a lemon tree, but it was something like that which went through my mind, even if lemon tree leaves have no citrus taste

The tobacco is there too. Just not up front yet. It's providing the body to the mix and there's a lot of it. Plenty of throat hit and a lot of vapor with the 1 ohm setup I've been testing with. The simplest description for me is a mix of the Virus and Radio' on steroids . . . . . :D
I agree with that too ...I was using a mPT2 with a 2.2ohm single coil.

Do you get that lightly sweet gold syrupy/caramel taste too?

I'm getting a very subtle caramel and an equally subtle hint of cedar. But the overriding impression is of a rich, full bodied tobacco with all the notes and nuances that encompasses. First-rate and definitely at the top of the pile as far as tobacco flavors go. And even though I'm new to vaping, I think I can tell quality from the rest... and The Switch is obviously very carefully thought out. If possible I would like to see this become a regular at NT.

Igo-w, single twisted 28/30g coil @ 1 ohm w/ airhole @ 5/64"
Hana v3 mini @ 13.8w & Provari mini @ 3.8v (because I killed the battery on the Hana and couldn't wait)

I can't wait to see how this steeps out. If it's this good now, I may have to get another reo or displace what's in one of my three right now.
(Clark & Sloth' you were right - ME LIKEY!!!)

I wondered. It's different. I've never really done a straight up tobacco so it's definitely a change... and it's nice to work with a totally different NET tobacco, also... going to play with some new combinations of the new NET in several different short runs and see what plays... should be interesting...

Weasel's super short Switch review...

It's driving me nuts. I'm not good at picking out flavors so I am somewhat adjusted to not knowing what exactly I am vaping. The Virus and Wakonda are amazing concoctions, and I don't pick them apart much - I just enjoy them in all their glory. But there is something in the Switch's flavor that just drove me up a wall trying to figure it out. It is so familiar yet I can't place it. Thoughts of small batch bourbons I enjoy as well as Toffee and Malts ran through my head. All of those danced around a prominent and unique tobacco flavor. It's really good - wish I had bought more. And this from a guy who doesn't really dance with NET's (or so I thought). Thanks for another stellar vape Clark.

just remember when filling your tank is very important to follow appropriate process ie throw the cookie pour the frenilla let me explain why throwing the cookie is appropriate is reminiscent of hard substance cookie solid matter with cream whereas therefore religious ritual of the himalayans when they first used this juice (ask clark about that one) and frenilla is like the sacred milk and honey that flows through promised land more specifically cascading solemnly peacefully down the most beautiful rocks so majestic so gently pouring religious ritual when the indigenous tribes of promised land first used it (again i direct you to clark for full elaboration thereof)

makes magic improperly done makes paste

I wish we had a love button as well as the like button! That's just awesome Sloth!:)

I ordered 80mls for my sample. should be here yesterday but i don't have it? Hopefully today is the day. I plan on letting it steep if I can. The Virus with 5 months+ on its shoulders is an absolute dream. I really hope I like it!

Yesterday was a federal holiday. There was no mail.
