I've drained a few tanks of Darkside/Switch by now and wanted to add my .02.
Most importantly I want to make a case for its eventual return because I think it fills a void in the lineup for a truly tobacco forward juice. Virus and Radio are more dessert style with tobacco overtones to me. I definitely vape my fair share of them both, but always longed for something with more "punch", which I get from the Switch. That said:
Reo mini 2.1; dual parallel 28g coils ranging from .6 - .8 ohm on the RM2:
I get woody, smokey pipe tobacco up front, plenty of TH at 6mg, and vanilla/bakery with some woody tobacco in the finish. Smoky on the inhale, sweet on the exhale. Earthy, piney, brown sugar, maybe even suggestions of bittersweet chocolate and leather come out here and there.
I honestly find the tobacco notes smooth out and recede to the back as a fresh coil gets seasoned. Seriously, about 1.5 mls into a fresh coil I notice a significant reduction of the smokey tobacco notes and a big increase of the bakery/brown sugar notes. I like it best in a fresh coil and wick, as I crave the punchy tobacco aspect.
I stocked up big time but would like this to be in my regular rotation permanently. In reality, this is my all time favorite juice.

Yeah, the no bills or voting crap should have been the clue...
Forgot that I'm a youngster and don't have that bills life yet
But I do kinda feel dumb because all day that's all everyone was talking about. Though I had school an work still.
Either way my switch came. And I swapped out some of my (1st time letting the virus steep this much) 5month virus for the switch preach out the box and am immediately impressed at how much flavor is in this. I already forgot about that virus....

My current build...
BCV Surfrider with a fresh Sony VTC5 18650, Patriot Dripper drilled out to 7/64, 6 wraps of 28gu (dual coil) low on the deck. KGD cotton wick, fresh build...
I concur on the TH - it's certainly punches above it's weight class (for me).
There's a treat or two under there for people who are patient with it, you hit one.
I get the brown sugary, sometimes toffee'ish, thing.

Forgot about The Virus? #cured?
Changed it for two reasons, more PC, and... small recipe change.
Got my bottle a few days ago and still trying to figure it out. I don't know if I would rather "Fight, Than Switch" (For us "aged" vapors you will understand this reference to an old school brand of analog death nails.
I love the tobacco hit on a .5 build on my Odin BF. Dual 26awg/8/9/1.5mm.
I am a little embarrassed to say this but I am getting............................................................................cucumber
This taste comes mostly on the exhale. Is this really a different note that my mind is telling me is............cucumber??
This juice is so different for me it will take me a little while to adjust to it. These coils are getting into the sweet spot zone in terms of how much juice I have vaped on them.
Today, I did a 50/50 Switch/Frenilla and the hit is so smooth I can't stand it.

My Kaifun is sad. It's almost out of Switch, and I told it that tonight is cleaning and new coils night, but it's sad that it won't be filled with switch for a little bit. I keep telling it, little tank, it's only temporary. You will be back with your soul mate shortly. Just have to do some maintenance. It will be ok, we'll do this together.
