It won't be too airy. Anything bigger than that might get a bit in the airy side. Allowing more airflow will produce more vapor by cooling down the coil as it heats with your draw. If you've got a 1.5ohm coil or less you'll see enormous vapor. With an Aga you'll get a pretty solid throat hit as well even with a low nic level.

Sweet I'll try it. Yeah I'm sure I'm below 1.5 ohm 5/4 wrap with 28 ga on mesh. My meter sucks. It's only good for checking if I have a short.

Yeah I want to hotbox my room. Lol. Jk no I just feel like I can get a smoother drag with the 3/32, at 5/64 it's smooth but there's still some resistance in my drags.

Try one more 3/32 right beside it. That's a whole lot of airflow. You'll actually have more air hitting the coil at slightly different spots as long as you keep them pretty close. Definite hotbox status.

Oh yeah,

K200

Smoktech SiD

sigelei zmax v3, v5, mini

All cheap mods going back to OP.. Kinda strayed off topic a bit. Lol

The telescope was rated pretty high on the Pbusardo charts, better than the natural. Just don't really like the looks, would rather get a K100.

This dont look good?

I had to drill out my wick hole too because I had my mesh wick wrapped too tight to make it fit with the stock wick hole. My wick wasn't feeding juice properly until I opened it up just a bit. Be careful though you don't want to over do it.

If anyone has gotten the sentinel clone could you please write about its performance? It's 18$ but I'm a little skeptical on how it performs.

Also, I've heard so many bad things about sigeleis to the point where I never want to purchase one. They are ALL cheap though under 30$. Does anyone recommend a Sigelei? I really like that Caravela clone...

Check out Todd's review on the Sigelei 19e.. Looks like they have a winner now. And I've heard good things about the sentinel clone. Just ordered the brass one today. It doesn't have the funky business going on in the center tube like the 2 tone.

Man I ordered the 2 tone..... :(
After I ordered it I heard it was like half the weight of the full brass one. IMHO though, the all brass is just too ugly of a color. Why couldn't the 2 tone be SS not aluminum ugh -_-

Oh well I might just sell it.

I have to admit, I was never a fan of the natural. But with that tank she is a beaut!!! wheres a good website or a price range on one of those???

I agree they are beautiful especially with a AGA-T and the build quality is amazing. However, the gap between the atty and the mod itself can really get under those nitpicky people. That's really the only reason I'm not getting it. You can find it on exhalevapors. They are about 50$, very well worth it though.

Nah. I'm talking about the air hole. My wick hole is ok. The wick has some space. But if I don't put a plug in the fill hole it leaks all over the damn place. Luckily it wicks OK as long as I'm not hitting it every 2 seconds with the plug.

If your connections are brass you should still get decent performance. If you don't have them already, order those Sony batteries with the 30a limit. They're great for sub ohm.. I stocked up on them. I think they're like $12 a pair. The nimbus clones are pretty cool too. The have options in the drop down menu for additional air holes. I didn't have to still out anything on the x5 or v5. Don't remember which is it x or v but the one with the 5 is decent and only like $6

I drilled out my air hole and my wick hole. It's just a preference thing but it works better for me. I use the drill bit method for rolling my wick and wrapping my coil so it just made sense for me to do it. The air hole is a must if you ask me. The chamber heats up too much and you get a funky taste if you don't.

ahh, I see what you mean now. Im at the moment torn between the Non-telescopic natural, the k100 and the v3 sentinel clone. I like the look of the natural despite the gappage, and the all brass v3. but everyone raves about the k100. I shall be up for hours doing more research on them!!!

I've sworn off the Sigeleis - I've tried the #8, the #19 and the #20, and none of them work well out of the box. However, having finally gotten the performance of the #8 where I want it to be, I love it.

Edit: And +1 on the KTS. I have three, including one of the new flat-top, knurl-free versions, which is much better looking than the original version. Except for sanding the connections, they're mod-free mods.
