So I have a Troll, and I've been getting conflicting information. What box would you stick it with? I do not want an unregulated mod, and I'm going more for flavor than clouds. Just the ability to switch things up. I have a Kanger subbox, and I've heard it's fine, but I've also been told I need something that is 75w. Opinions? Reason for your opinion would be great too. TIA!

You're going about this all wrong.
The box/power that you choose to put your RDA on depends on the coils that you use, not the RDA itself.

The Troll was the 1st rda I bought and I still use it on a regular basis, sometimes take it to work on my cloupor mini. As said above it depends what coil you build, on my cloupor I like to run a twisted 26g single coil at 1.8ohms, between 16 to 18 watts. The troll is a good flavour atty.
Now i'm even more confused. Fantazmagoricl, you say you were at 1.8ohms. I had a single coil in there, at 1.7ohms, and was getting no flavor. I was told it was because my ohms were too high. I was also told that the Kanger would not put out enough power to fill the chamber & closing off some of the airflow would be too hard on the box. I rewrapped, I believe 8 wraps, with 26g kanthol for each coil. My flavor has improved with the rebuild.
Phanner, you mean the ohms I end up with determines the box I should use? If the Kanger can handle .5ohms, then as long as I don't build below than, the Kanger would be fine?

I think that's supposed to read 0.8 ohms a twisted 26 g kanthal coil would take 30 wraps to hit 1.8
