It's been a while since I've posted, but I am still around. And I am really FED UP with PureSmoker. Granted, I haven't placed an order in some time, but I have ordered from them several times in the past. So by now, I would have expected that PureSmoker would have "anticipated" my needs, and sent out my future order before I even ordered it.
I know, I know...they have a lot of customers. BIG DEAL. I am positive that it has always been MY orders that have been directly responsible for their success. And it isn't like hundreds of OTHER industries don't profess to be "mind readers" when it comes to a customers needs. So why now, should I have to go through the process of filling a cart, when by now, Steve and his crew should be WELL AWARE of my "special" needs, and already have shipped my order.
And for that matter, why have they not foreseen my issue in advance, and already posted a preemptive reply? I think all the positive feedback on their organization has gone to their heads, and now they think they can just sit-back and fill orders only AFTER they have received them....if.....at.....all.
So get a clue PureSmoker!! There are those of us who expect a more futuristic and progressive treatment. After all, We payed you GOOD money in the past (not that low-value stuff we are using in the USA right now), and we expect to get a lot with very little effort on out own behalfs. Get on it!
