Ok, so maybe I missed this but since Ovale has been continually doing this process...it obviously benefits them in some way to deal with Joye.

Also, with no source, I can't really know if it is true, if both sides are represented or what the original contract was.

For my part, I buy what is available, well reviewed and at a price I like for that product. I don't really care to get into their business practices.

IF Ovale & Janty were so but-hurt about the copying, they would have switched manufactures after the first incident... but they didn't.
So the whole story isn't being told.
And the whole joyetech/Ovale storey is last years news...

I'm not an investor/distributor, so their issues aren't mine.
As a consumer, i could care less who made it first, or who is profiting.

Is there any reason why any consumer should care?

Side Note: For some reason, Joyetech didn't steal the elips or elips-C e-cigarettes from Ovale. Likely, their distributors thought it was too odd looking and took a pass on it. Too bad for them; Ovale got the jump in that case and the elips-C is probably the best electronic cigarette of them all!

I'm just wondering what this guy was smoking when he wrote this article? I agree Fury, either name some names or as we all know how this story ends.... it never happened and he's just trying to stir the pot.....

Its just a piece of spin on something that isn't a secret anyway - Joyetech are manufacturers.

whats amusing here is the research and interviews needed to find out something posted on ovales website ..............

OVALE, in cooperation with Joyetech, has worked hard over the past few years to develop the eGo series.
After listening to the concerns of our end users, Joyetech and Ovale made some revolutionary changes in the eGo series.

Just a heads up - you are not supposed to copy whole articles in posts. A link and an excerpt is the form.

At another forum where I moderate, it is 2-3 lines from the article that represent the topic and then your thoughts. The funniest part of this thread about producing a copy without the rights to do so, it was created by producing a copy of an article without the right to do so.

Also, the site sells Joye products.

Lol

What cracks me up is the people who are saying "Oh, I only buy genuine Joye not knockoffs". Same with Vision. It's CHINA, and they are disposables?

No offense, since I buy them too but spend more than 30 bucks if you (obviously not you vsummer1) want the original/authentic of something.
