Hi Petercro!

Thanks for the kind words and yes, it did vape like a champ but I am not using it at the moment. I have set it aside and tonight I will be working on the molding prototype for my new design. I am going to use silicon molds and RTV plastic for this one and it should look cool. Hopefully, if it all works, I will be left with molds that can be reused to make more.

But first, I have to build the prototype. I have tried piecing it together with plastic and melting plastic over a clay and metal forms - neither has yielded any great success. Tonight, I am going to start shaping it out of wood, and when the outside dimensions are complete I will set that into a silicon mold. Then I am going to modify to wood prototype slightly to get the inner shell dimensions. At that point, I should be able to pour a mold of RTV and when that is dry, I can modify it to account for the battery holders, etc, on the interior of the box. I have it all measured out and documented.

Again, the goal would be to have molds remaining that could be reused. Wish me luck! As a tease, I am attaching a crappy photoshop rendering of the side view. Note that this will be slightly large than a cigarette pack, hold 2 18650 batteries and incorporate the same juice feed as the Ugly Box. I am calling this Project Smoker (sounds kinda James Bond like).

In the meantime, I did try to get a good picture of interior of the bottle cap but could not since it was now set into the box. Sorry! The tube does extend through the top of the bottle cap and into the bottle's nozzle, but you can't really see it in the picture below. No issues on this one with leaking or flooding.

Thanks for the pics.
My bottle screw tops have an inverted cone inside, which makes the stopper for the dropper bottle.
I just drilled and placed the brass pipe through the centre of the cone, so it enters the dropper bottle by only 2 - 3mm, and the cone still makes a perfect seal to the bottle.
I've spent the last month working on the battery compartment lid, and I think I now have the solution, something similar to Mahmba
I will post pics when I have a working version.

A hinged lid and mags, sounds great.
If you are making just for yourself

I look at it this way.
If I can't forge the battery compartment and lid within 30mins, (It's wrong).
I still don't know if I'm ever going to sell my mod.
But if I do and I can't produce at least 10 a day to an un-sprayed finish.
The sale price would be far too high.
I've got the mosfets , tact switches, changeable LED's, Bottle feed, bottle compartment,
polyfuse, mod top / bottom, all sorted.
It was just the bloody battery cover.
But think I've finally sorted it.
Should have some pics to show within 48hrs.
Will PM you when their up.

Keep working Greg, As the more of us work together the better the
final product will be.

Cheers
Peter..........

Great mod gk7319! LoL at the name!

My question about bottom feeding..... it does actually vape well and taste good? It seems to me that when my atty is flooded, then drained... it does not vape or taste well until the juice in the bottom of the atty is actually gone.

Would it be a good test for those like me to drip some juice through the bottom of the atty, let it drain briefly, screw it back on the battery and vape? In order to see if bottom feeding is as good personally as dripping.
