I received my LR 801's and all I can say is why would anyone use an 801 over a 510? Those 801's are freakin' huge and don't put out like a 510. I'm sticking with a HV 510 atty and 2 3v CR123's. Works best for me.
I have to agree, I tried a LR 801 and it was meeh. It died within 8 hrs. Tried an XHV 801 at 6V - meeh squared. I too am sticking with either a HV 501 or regular 901 at 6V. Works like a champ.

Got my REO yesterday (fast!), it's absolutely gorgeous. But I'm working very heavy hours and had no time to break it out; left for work this morning, put in some time, fell in a driveway and broke/sprained my foot badly, ow, ow. I have a gigantic foot just now. Off to the doc in a minute, but what this means is...

I have all afternoon afterward to play with my REO! The universe is good. Will review as soon as I limp back home. (This is the cup half full strategy for happy living...)

This is just a beautiful, beautiful thing. I'm deeply enjoying my sprained foot on account of it. :)
Thanks to the terrific help and advice in here the learning curve was brief. Liking it best by FAR on 810 LR; the 510 that Robert kindly sent is nice, but doesn't have nearly the output. Can't imagine wanting more vapor or taste, this is really massive. I'm using an Ultrafire 3.7V 3000mAh 18650 batt... only thing is, the atty gets really HOT and I get a burnt taste... I've flooded it enough that the well was a mess, so it's not dryness doing that. Also got a mouthful of juice a few times, ptooey, so trying to find the sweet spot.
I mentioned that I've only used V4L cartos and batts (love them) and have never dripped in my life (filled a kazillion cartos, tho). What do I do to maintain all of this...? At this point it's sticky fingers and q-tips.

Ah... a bit of sage advice - do not remove full bottle when said bottle is not fairly vertical. I am sometimes an amazing idiot. But wow, this is lovely, warm, big vape...

Also I like the 901 regular @ 6v, 302/801 regular @ 6v, LR 801.

can somebody tell me the difference between the REO and the wetbox at 3.7v besides the looks of the REO. I am talking about performance. I was going to buy the REO but after reading all the reviews and seeing that everybody likes it at 3.7V with LR attys I rather to buy a much cheaper mod like the wetbox and use it with LR attys too.
