Heard somewhere someone said this battery has stop production... is it true?
I'm using those exact batts and have zero battery rattle or movement in my Vamo. I'm also using a Helix spring, in place of the factory one, though.
Received mine in today's vape mail and as you said, they work fine in my Vamo with the "newest" gold spring. Thanks again for the link!
Thus far, the following work just fine in my gold spring Vamo w/o any mods needed:
Panny 18650 Button Top
Panny 18650 Flat Top
AW IMR 18650 Button Top
They're a bit long - 67.7mm, according to the website you've linked - but I think they should fit in the vamo; my Efest IMR 2000 mAh are about 66.x mm and they fit with some margin left.I noticed these batts, apparently new from Efest
3.7v Efest IMR 2600mAh 18650 Battery - Button Top
I'm thinking about these for my Vamo but not sure they will fit...if they don't I can always use them for another mod...does anyone have these yet?
Can't tell whether they are protected or not

IMR (Li-Mn) batteries are always not protected, they don't need to because of their safer chemistry, compared to Li-Ion batteries.
Upon closer inspection... Either they have the wrong product photo or the wrong description. I zoomed the photo to what it says on the front of the batt, it says
Efest
18650 2600mAh
Li-ion/18650/3.7v/2600mAh/Protected.
The decription is:
Efest IMR 2600mAh 3.7v 18650 Battery - Button Top
?
Hmmm, it makes sense that they're not IMR batteries... I was a bit wondering about the relatively high capacity, in fact, but heck they come up wth beefier batteries any other day
the highest capacity 18650 IMR's I know of are currently around 2300 mAh, tops (IMR chemistry packs less capacity in the same volume).
Personally I would't buy Li-Ion batteries for the vamo, only IMR. I think Efest (or AW) 2000 mAh should be more than adequate for your vamo, in mine one of those lasts for a full day (and I do chain-vape...)
