I think this ends my quest for a juice fed mod, I just ordered mine. A while back I converted to mostly dripping, but it really is a hazzle for me because I tend to vape constantly for 30 min. or so, then put down my mod for an hour. I do this mostly at home by the computer and end up dripping quite often, spilling drops, tasting liquid, etc. I find its strong points are versatility of use and simplicity, I can install it on any of my mods and it looks like going from mod to mod is quite easy. Another benefit is the ease of switching juices which is something I also like to do during my 30 min. vape sessions. It also looks like it will be easy to clean. As far as the looks are concerned, it does change the configuration of a mod quite a bit and I wasn't expecting it to look this way, but I'm not planning on taking it out on public. My main concern will be, my ability to adapt to squeezing the proper amount of juice into the atty without flooding it.

Considering all the hype that was drummed up wrt this device, I must say I am terribly disappointed.

It is well designed and as usual the machining is flawless and some of the ideas innovative.

My greatest disappointment stems from all the promotion I did behind the scenes wrt wait David has something coming out that will revolutionise the industry. I won't be doing that again any time soon.

Agreed. Its beautiful work but honestly nothing more than an advanced version of the sprayer mods. I will of course, wait until the 306 adapter is available before rendering my final buying decision but I may be instead purchasing another Ali'i. Don't get me wrong, its an incredible little piece of machining but it doesn't even feature bottom feeding.

Price by the way is listing at 59.99 on the website.

For me, this is gonna really change the way I do things. I guess I imagined it would look something like this, otherwise how would it have so many different capacities and only add a half inch of height. All I know is I personally think this is gonna be pretty sweet, it is a device that turns every mod into a juice fed mod without much hassle and since I drive for a living this will allow me to go back to standard attys on the road. David did always say that it would not be for everyone but it will be good for me.

Thanks for the kind words atavanhalen. I did put alot of thought and work into creating this so it's a bit disheartening to hear a few posts that almost seem mean-spirited in nature. I, unfortunately, don't have very thick skin, something that is necessary in this industry. I'm not sure what some where expecting, as juice feeders, by nature, are simple. I remember ecountering resistance when i invented the drip tip , so i think once people actually get this in their hands, they will appreciate the ease of use, the short learning curve and innovation that did go into it.

Best,

David

I wouldn't worry about the crybabies too much, some people will always have something to complain about. I personally was disappointed as it doesn't suit what I need it for but it's not the end of the world. I still appreciate the quality and ease of use of this device (after watching the video).

I'm sure the upcoming VV voltage box mod with a feeder will more than make the rest of us happy.

Thanks Wacky, i think i better not talk about the box mod either...lol. I think maybe a bit of dis-sppointment for some with this design is it's not an integrated design, it's universal fit, so it's lines may not appeal to everyone. The box mod's feed system is totally integrated though.

It may not be "pretty", but from the looks of it, it is exactly as you said it would be. I, for one, prefer a top feeder. I think being able to swap bottles so easily is going to be a big selling point for me, as well as the "plug and play" nature of the device.

I can easily see myself using this at home in and in the car. I don't think it'll fly at work where I have to stealth vape, but hey... not much does.

I have been spoiled for months now with my juice feeders! There is no turning back, taste is unmatched in any device or carto. Not even my Ce2s. I ordered mine and I'm happy to see someone working at making it better for us. I made a leather lanyard that holds my riva and my bottle, can't even see the bottle. I used it evedywhere. Most folks dont even notice. So, thanks David, looks beautiful, can't wait to get it in my hands!

'Tis your fault for setting the Super T bar so high, Sir. =)

The VapeMate on its OWN accord is the same stylish/sleek/creative innovation from Super T as anything that has ever been marketed. The adaption to the PV itself is where it gets unusual looking which is what I think causes some disappointment.

I think some envisioned a cylindrical device that sleeved over the atomizer yet didn't make the PV any wider OR longer. LOL! IOW, a reservoir that defied the laws of physics -- it should hold 10 mls of liquid but be smaller than a 10 ml bottle regardless of the final contoured shape. Good luck with that. =)

Personally, I would feel a touch self-conscious using the VapeMate in public -- but that's just me. I tend to stealth vape almost ALL the time because I've grown tired of explaining to people what I am "smoking". Some vapers like the confrontation, however, or could care less. It takes all kinds.

In your video you mention that the sight glass is useful but that the VapeMate becomes more of a *feel* thing with practice. Toward that end, I can see the VapeMate as a very useful device, in my case, for driving. And, for anyone who has ever dripped while driving, a VERY SAFE alternative. Couple that feature with a 18650 or larger battery and the days of worrying about battery life and atomizer feeding while on a long drive is a distant memory. (get it? long drive and distant memory? I slay me, I tell ya)

Note -- You do a nice job in the videos, I guess, but I miss the first MODEL that appeared in the Super T videos. That young lady had some serious talent and was MUCH easier on the eyes. It wouldn't take ALL that much effort to drive on over there with a cam in hand, ya know. (oh, and bring a cheese cake) <g>

I might have missed this one. Does the VapeMate work when the device is upright? It appears that it would require you to invert the device in order to force the juice through. However, if the device was upside down, wouldn't the juice not drip downwards onto the atty?

Anyway, I think it looks great and is extremely universal. Plus it looks so cool on the upcoming ShockWave. Well done!

No you don't have to invert it. When the bottle is 3/4 full or fuller, you can just squeeze it in any position. Othewise when it gets lower, you just have to angle it slightly, just a quick flick of the wrist. No juice runs out either, its why i designed it with seperate passages for air and juice and then offset the passages from each other.

Awesome! Thanks for the response. I don't see any reason why one couldn't use this on a cartomizer as well? I always drip down the side of the carto, and if held correctly this would accomplish the same thing. I believe there are a lot of collectors in this community and this would be an awesome addition for anyone.

Sure, it might not make sense in all conditions but I doubt there are many among us that expect one mod to do it all...and with this one piece so many more mods can now do much more.

Can't wait to have the ShockWave and VapeMate setup and a few bottles on hand. Again, excellent work!
