So I have still be having some trouble with my Davide BDC (using kanger heads).

It seems to be on the verge between leaking like crazy or burning.

I recently put my airflow controller on it (the washer type) and that tends to help, but every once and a while i'll get a crazy burnt taste (goes away after a conservative dry pull), but I have to be careful, because too hard of a pull starts it flooding.

Is there some trick that may help?
50/50 liquid
1.7 ohm coil
9.0 watts

Vamo v5 with washer air flow controller.
Davide Aspire BDC, with the kanger coils in.

Your settings seem to be within the capabilities of the kanger coil.
Are you by any chance chain vaping? if you don't give the wicks enough time to saturate again with liquid, you may get the burnt taste for obvious reasons. When I have that problem with an atomizer I just give it a couple unpowered pulls to help the wicks soak up the liquid.
To avoid flooding you'll have "control" how hard you pull, and find that sweet spot.

Yeah, I was chain vaping alittle.
I'll just have to learn my controlled unpowered puffs better haha

I just hate pulling (unpowered) and getting a drop of juice right on my tooth or tongue. Drives me nuts! haha
