@tierra, this is crazy. No, I have not read the entire
thread. Problems have been mentioned and some solved, but considering they are still with us, an ongoing discussion is to be expected as new people get a Vmod.
What claim is offensive? That glycerin decomposes reliably at 280 degrees to form acrolein? You need links to believe this?

That it's toxic? OK, here are some links:

That IMHO it's impossible to test to cover all the positions of coil and
juice so as to say there's no possibility of acrolein being created until 30 seconds have elapsed? People debate test methodologies all the time, questioning results, it's not "bashing". Vapage didn't publicly make that claim. AG reported this, and I explained why the 30 second claim makes no sense to me, given
juice sloshing around with the temp of the glowing wire

the chance of no acrolein being produced until 30 seconds have elapsed is, let's say, highly improbable.
Bad atties happen, don't you think it's best they be returned? More important than "etiquette", I think, even if you somehow think only a
remote chance of acrolein exposure exists, is to warn users of the possible danger. Vapage knows this is a defect that needs to be corrected, they certainly didn't do this on purpose, and nobody is out to sue them or do them harm. Don't you think it's important to tell people to watch for the loose coil attys and get these defectives exchanged? Vapage can only be too happy to have such attys returned. People shouldn't be vaping those. If you still think that's an unsubstantiated opinion, I don't know how or why. There's a crowd with torches and pitchforks in an adjacent forum lynching a vendor that sold incorrectly diluted nicotine. That problem could have been contained if the product had been recalled. Sweeping a problem under the rug is disastrous, and AG saying there's no danger until after 30 seconds of heating
is sweeping it under the rug. There's something I'm missing here. Is it really doing Vapage a favor? Shouldn't there rather be a warning/disclaimer about these attys?
