The V2 Hybrid Atomizers have a 1.3mm venturi, vs the V1 at 1.6mm.

The cup doesn't need to be that big, as long as you try to vape what you feed, it should only ever have a drop or two in there.

It's funny how those one or two drops can spread out over the chassis & look like a lot more...

im gonna have to try some of the v2 atomizers . i thought they where going to sell them as a hop up option . i agree about the drops but what stops them from going over the edge of the cup when you flip the mod over to fill . the vmod has been good to me so i won't need it . are the v2 atomizers marked as v2 ?

The cup is to catch drainage between vaping sessions. Dry pulls should draw the liquid back into the feed chamber.

I don't believe they are marked V2, but you will see the center pin is different. I think they are marked "Hybrid" too, while the V1 is not.

After a little practice and a pure love of this PV I figured this information out and have for the time being learned to just wipe the few droplets off the plastic when I change out the battery's and just give everything a good soak at the end of the day.
This is with the crack at about a half of an inch in length. I just have to be sure not to over tighten the atomizer too much as it will cause the unit to short out and it is a pain to re adjust. Worth every bit of the little idiosyncrasies this little beast has

They are marked in 3 places, believe it or not. They say the oHms, Hybrid BF, and Vapage. I love a labeled atty! Wish companies would have always done this to make it easier on us. Vapage, you ROCK!

Wow, i went through all 179 pages on this thread, and want this thing so bad!
But I am going to hold out until the colors are available, I'm really diggin the gunmetal one. Hopefully they will be out by mid September, that's when i get a bonus from work =]

Second day with new chassis and still working great. No juice seen in the catch cup yet. I did take another persons advice in this thread about putting the outer seal around atty and pushing it down when the tip piece threads in. That solved the little leaking I had when opening the VMOD. Now the outer atty is dry as well.

Good news, bad news. LOL.
I should get my VMod #1's chassis tomorrow. YAY!!
VMod #2 ordered on the 18th and as I was not in any hurry, but expecting a new chassis in #2, (Shipping on or close after the 19th for new orders, right? well, wrong) and could save Vapage some $$ on shipping, I asked in the order comment field to just have them send new chassis for #1 with order #2. Well, the good news was received VMod #2 mid last week. Bad news, old chassis in #2. Also ordered a two pack each of the 2.2 and 1.8 silos to try. Received two, two packs of 2.2 silos and the 2.2's are just not for me. Need a little more heat. invoice / packing slip showed the 1.8's shipped. Wrong.
Oh well, se la vie. Not worth the phone call as I understand they won't, don't, do email very well.
I have read the thread and understand growing pains and I do hope they get their CS sorted out, and pay attention the comment section on the orders. And if there is a question, or something is not clear, call. They have my phone number and or email.

got the new chasis today. got the catch cup installed with little issues(a small jewelers screwdriver works wonders). haven't seen any leakage yet and is vaping like a champ. Thanks vapage!

Good news and more good news. Receive chassis for Vmod #1 today, and Brian AKA Skinny from Cig2o, pm'ed me to let me know they have a new girl in CS that pretty much rocks now and he would see to it that I get sorted out on Vmod #2. So for the communication & I guess we'll she how the new girl rocks soon.

The VMod has a chassis & a body.

The colored bodies are accessories.

The green camo looks like a special edition kit to me.
