Yo, Tat, blessed be the persistent, for they shall have sore thumbs! It worked! I did apply a little heat. One old Boge LR carto pulled! And it DOES have the flutings! But I can't test feeding properly using this poor 'ole carto, 'cause I ripped out his coil wire when taking off the white cap with a paperclip. Hey, this cap is hard to take off .. c'mon ... c'mon .. rrrip .. what the ??? ... ooops.
Somebody here's gotta have the mechanical chops to figure out how to do this easier on the carto. It's relatively easy on a Joye atomizer. You could make a little $1.50 tool out of a 510 socket, a couple pieces of pipe for leverage. No drilling required!
Ah, and don't forget to clear any residue out of the flutings with a pin so it's clean and feeds better. Oooh, excuse the excitement, those of you who are happy with the Vapage cartos/attys, but we gettin' close to everybody having their Vmod and eating it too!

p.s. See that white wrap as shipped on the carto? Magic Tape is nowhere near as good. I hear there's an O-ring that might fit and seal a bare metal atty perfectly, that would be good. Vapage is smart to go bare metal, foregoing tape and any trace of adhesives, since the juice is all AROUND the bottom of the atty, unlike the typical scenario, but leaks/seeps are not acceptable either.
I'll just add that that humble Joye atty is still vaping great. If the feed is a little tight, you can always raise the barrel just a hair, or drop it if too much . One detail. The fact the barrel is no longer as tight on the connector means that when you tighten the atty down, you need to stop before you start really spinning the barrel on its own, especially later as it wears. I've run about 10 ml of juice through it, I think I'll give it an alcohol soak tonight.

Not a single sign of liquid ANYWHERE, and it creates a seal for the feed to work better than before
my Silo's, just finished my 4th bottle, and it still tastes great and performs like a champ
