Had to tape the holes off some to get the air flow right. But it works
Need to figure out a constant delivery system like an electrical pump, like the miniture ones I have seen for fluid delivery rather than the squeeze pump.
My first atomizer that I made with out the help or parts from China! Sweet, could not have done it with out your ideas Charged!

Mine is fine, not even an issue. There's one in every crowd.

That is a beutiful thing right there. Our dreams are finally entering fruition.
Now where's that damn tubing.
Nice work Dan. the exitement grows.
My plan is still to implement closed loop power control based on the atmel avr processor. This should reduce the need for such tight control on the liquid flow.
Excellent...now the big question...how long before the tube plugs. Have you guys tried to clean the tube yet?
My Wizard is kinda crappin out.
It was great since I got it, but since I had been using it I thought I would do the overnight-vinegar-soak and clean it out. Now the vapor production is way down.
Any thoughts? Suggestions?
Based on the data I've collected and the Wizard design, I'm officially claming defeat on using the Wizard as a vaping device in stock form.
I made this same claim a while back but thought I may be able to find a way to rectify the design flaws and fix the clog issue. Despite my best efforts it just can't be done with what I've tried to date. I plan to contact the designers of the Wizard to tell them my findings.
I'm starting to wonder if the design flaws are intentional to keep the revenue stream coming in.
We'll see how it all pans out.... but in the mean time I still think the concept is sound and may lead us all to the ultimate vape.
I will continue on improving the original Wizard design and see what happens.
My apology to those that may have purchased and expected vapor heaven based on my claims.![]()
Here is the more
All Pyrex atty, I am using 8mm ID pyrex tubing for the outer shell. Works for reusing a 901 atty blank. Also it helps with the heat issue. The cartomizer silicon o-ring worked perfect for keeping the sippint fluid from running back onto the heating element. I have sill yet to test this design, but it looks good!
