Just gotta bump this thread. Nice work Charged. If you can shrink that attys length by about half you may be on to a new revolution in atomizers. If your design ends up lasting longer then a standard atty, i can see this design having mini plugs that allow you to easily remove the atty from its protective case for cleaning. I'd pay 15-20 bucks easy for an atty that lasts longer than a standard 510 and could be easier to clean.

True, yes you have me there. I have enough nic-juice for at least a year. Can you freeze this stuff? If so it's time to stock up. I'll have to toss that cow I just bought to make some room.
I dont know if you can freeze it...some say to some not. I have about 2000ml in the cold basement where it stays a constant temp all year. If it goes bad I'll just use it as bug spray.

I am a big fan of peach juice. Grew up on peaches, apples and pears in the back yard but I really like peaches. Today I mixed up some 40% 60mg nic(pg), 10% capellas peaches & cream and the rest with distilled water. Threw it in the Wizard and it's gotta be the best tasting stuff I've ever had. The kick and TH is just amazing.

You said you want to control the flow...what about a switch like a variable speed drill to control the heating? And I know you could do it!!

It's not just the flow nico. The problem really comes down to the amount of power you have available and the way you provide that heating power to the liquid. With the stock Wizard you have a fixed amount of heat and it's pretty constant. You, as the user, can control easily the amount of liquid that get's heated by the amount of pressure you apply to the air bladder as your press the heater switch down. It really acts the same as your saying except instead of controlling the voltage applied you are controlling the amount of liquid applied.

What I'm thinking is you put water in a pan and bring it to a boil you get even steam...if you throw water in a hot pan it spits back.
Plus if it starts spittin you can back off the heat a bit.

Good call.... and yes.... But we do not have the luxury of turning it down (you want it and you want it now). Not only that, but we don't have the dynamic range (squelch the highs and dumb down the lows) to accomplish what we would like. This is why... depending on what you have in your atty wet or dry and the viscosity of the liquid you will get a different experience every time. The idea here is to precisely control flow and power. Not easily done manualy which is all we have at the moment. To do it with electronics you need overhead. That means you neeed to have more power available than what you need to do the job. It can be accomplished and eventually we'll get it. That's why I'm doing all this crap.
