To this point I have not had any return juice so I couldn't report on that. My guess would be if you do have return juice that it would not be worth running through again as it will not atomize well (probably why it is there to begin with).

I did remove the battery compartment today and my report regarding the components on the circuit board were incorrect. No voltage regulator and no FET.
There is what appears to be a microcontroller (one of those epoxy covered kind) on the bottom of the circuit board. Also 1 medium power NPN transistor and one PNP small signal transistor. I have a feeling they are using constant current control for running the atomizer coil. This would explain consistent heating of the coil regardless of battery voltage. The current remains constant until the batteries drop below a threshold at which point the vapor will just drop off quickly. I'll grab some measurements this coming weekend and see if I can create a schematic.
