The Rixsta Ring :thumb::confused:

As long as you don't appear threatening in any way, they probably won't attack, but they might sit outside your tent all night yelling at you that you don't belong there. This could be why people say, "You either love 'em or ya hate 'em... there ain't no middle ground." But likely there won't be any bad bugs in your tent 'cuz the Guineas ate 'em all.
Yay, dad, hows ya doodling :)

she took em away from him and put em inna jar
Phew, no more kids then :)

Jup. Daniel wanted a pug for years. He'd still love to have one, but his desire lessened a little bit when we learned about this trait. I think on Dogs 101
I didn't know about it until after I got her. By then, I was already in love. :wub:

That's really good Rich. I could never doodle that good. You should write up some comics!
Why thank you, ma'am. Once upon a time (in a galaxy far far away - probably a Cromwell neighbor), I did comic strips for the corporate newsletter, and the company ski club newsletter, and for Obsolete Fleet Chevys Ltd., and for Trans Am Club of Oregon, and even made a coloring book called Far Up and Way Down (all cars, trucks, motorcycles - see example below) and an internationally-sold calendar (1980 Space Things) that was on parchment so you could color the pictures (all significant space dates listed on the calendar portion). People used to tell me my pencil never rested... (Have Pen, Will Draw) ...today, however, there just isn't enough time in the day...

I can draw, but only copy things I see. I cannot just pull something out of my head and draw it like that from just memory. Guess I only got 1/2 the talent for drawing.

Go look at something. Then close your eyes. Can you still see it in your mind? Now distort it slightly to add a touch of humor. Now draw what your mind sees. That's called a cartoon. You can do this.

Hmmm. I'll give it a try this weekend. Never had anyone explain how to do this before.

OK, here's your first assignment. Pick something from work (because these things stick in your mind if the situation nagged at you). Here's an example of some poor guy trying to make it through a meeting.
blackboard.JPG

Now, notice that this guy doesn't really look like anyone in real life.
He doesn't even have the right number of fingers. But he's got two legs, two arms, a head, and your audience will say he's a guy... and maybe even a guy they know... because of what? His worried expression? And they know someone who looks like that often? And hey, make his ears pointy and put an "A" on his shirt and everyone will be certain you just drew Spock.

Now, go have fun with it...
